Well what I was saying is that it's easy to make alcohol at home. I wouldn't see a problem with people growing their own marijuana and selling it without taxing it, because of what Park Trips just said. The people who grow marijuana professionally will grow such good marijuana, it would take a lot of work to grow weed that's up to standards. So it's not really like it's easy money or anything..

Some of my thoughts on it.. I once read something about how I think 16% of people in the Netherlands at the age of 25 said they've used marijuana at least once in their life..In America, I think it was 66% of people have admited to it. (Of course you should know that it's legal in the Netherlands) I thought that was interesting. They do have to deal with the douche bag druggies who go over just to get stoned. As for regulating it..it's easier to make alcohol in your closet than it is to grow marijuana. Just get some juice without preservitives, add sugar and yeast and let it ferment. But how many people really do that? It's a lot easier to just buy it or get someone who's over 21 to buy it for you, so I don't really think the fact that people can grow it would be a big problem. Growing it takes months, you have to know a lot about gardening to get some good yield, you have to properly dry it out before it's any good etc... I think that some of you, should learn a little more about it (some posters on the 1st page) before you go into a debate. Marijuana can mess up things in your life, once you let it become a habit. I see it with some of my friends who smoke daily, they aren't interested in anything, nor do they care about anything. But honestly, that's their problem if they just want to smoke and eat on their free time. Who's it hurting?? I just don't see the whole population turning into stoners. It's not like once you smoke, you crave more of it.. It's not that kinda drug. For someone like me who likes to be clear headed, I could never let myself get stoned all the time...But on occasions it's a really fun thing to do with some friends.

I'll be in the Minneapolis area for a few days, and I was wondering if there are any parks worth visiting while I'm down there. I'm more of a "GP" kinda guy and I'll ride any coaster if it's huge and scary. So anything good down there? Thanks for any help

I've jumped off one before. I think it was about 30 feet. It's so awesome! I ended up doing a front flip off of it, and I've never done a front flip from somewhere high up before.. But I flipped a little too far, and ended up on my stomach...That was my last jump of the day haha.. Bruised my neck!

I've heard it's good to format the card everytime you want to take all the pictures off. Also have you considered turning your settings down on your camera? If you're taking 8mp pictures, they are gonna be huge and you probably will never need pictures that big.

Probably has something to do with difference in crowds. My guess is maybe research shows that when the kids get out of school, the first week they're off they go to Darien Lake, and they make more money if they open earlier? But I have no idea haha, just a thought.

I don't have a history with the mods.. And neither did my cat. But i'll bet I will when this topic is locked! ;D haha. I guess I didn't give the mods credit about the other stuff they do (Organizing stuff). That's pretty cool of them. But I still see 13 year olds sucking up, and it still seems like some mods enjoy that and enjoys being a jerk to young kids on the internet(one starts with a W and ends with an S and has an E somewhere in his name..But hey, not saying it's true, that's just how it looks)..And I see a whole lot of "Forgive me if this is in the wrong section". If so many people have to put that before one of their posts, I think that's a little crazy. But whatever, it's not my site so I don't get to choose how it's ran. Remember...JUST AN OBSERVATION that I've made.

Moderating just doesn't seem like hard work to me. You think of something clever to say that sounds mean, then post it and lock the thread. Takes like 5 seconds? If I'm missing something here, please tell me. I know I sound like a jerk myself, but I just don't see it I guess. It seems to me that everyone wants to be a mod because everyone sucks up to you. That's just how I see it. Again, not trying to be a jerk, just trying to make sense of it.

The mods do stuff like that to assert their power, because this is the only place they have authority, and they like to scare 13 year olds so that they get more power over them. It's just insecurity with their own lives, that makes (most) of them act like a jerk over the internet. You know when you're a little kid and the kid who's a bit overweight bullys everyone?? Same thing goes on here. See? This is what I'm talking about. Someone's scared of being on the mod's bad sides, so they say something like this. I've read lots of mature forums that didn't include mods being jerks about everything.

So lets say you get one of those giant spiders in your house...How do you get it out? I wouldn't think of smashing something that big..You'd have to get a net or something. Of course, it would also take someone who isn't afraid of giant spiders...

Why is being banned looked at as a punishment on this site? I thought banning is supposed to stop someone from posting for whatever reason...not a punishment. lol at this site using fear tactics to make mods seem more powerfull and awesome in real life on 13 year old kids
