Cool, looks like there are some fellow photographers on here! I just got a new camera, a Canon 40D!! It's really niiiice so far, I love it. I got the 17-85mm IS kit lens with it. Next up on the list: flash, 50mm f/1.8, and a simple 70-300mm (maybe IS)...And if I win the lotto, I'll get myself a prime 200mm f/2.8!

Grochery Store...sucks. Multiple managers, all on their own power trips...everyone hates eachother there...can't wait to get a new job...UGH...

Hey everyone, I am seriously thinking about moving to Europe after highschool. However, I really don't know where to begin. I was thinking of moving there for maybe anywhere between 6 months, to 2 years. First off, I really need country suggestions. Are there any countries that I shouldn't go to as an American? What would a great country with good living conditions be?? Also, I don't speak any languages other than English, so please keep that in mind! It would be nice to get some kind of job there for some money to live off. Is that possible?? Or should I start saving now for 6 months worth of living money? Also, I need a place to live, obviously. Advice on the cheapest place to stay, would be great too. Denmark, England, and Germany look like the coolest countries to be IMO. And also, will travel to different countries be somewhat cheap?? The main reason I want to move to Europe is to visit lots of different places in a small area. I know I will have more questions as time goes on, but any advice from you Europeans would be great!!! Thanks so much for any help.

It's 45 degrees F outside right now, in NorCal (10:41AM). It got really cold two nights ago, I had to scrape ICE off my windshield before I could drive!!

^^It definitely rocks so far! I'm sure you would do this anyway, but make sure you get a chance to hold whatever DSLR you plan to buy somewhere that doesn't have a leash attached to it.. The size of the 40D can be too big for some people's preference ^Zack, if you want to get more into photography, a DSLR will put that thing to shame!

^I just got a Canon 40D today! It is AMAZING so far. Definitely worth the 3 months of not spending any money.

Man! They should have waited a week, I'm heading down there for Thanksgiving. I've always wanted to see one, but I'm not really too into it.

^Haha, most definitely! Leftovers always seem to taste better the second day, IMO. mmmm! We make turkey sandwiches. I started working at a discount grochery store a couple months ago and I'm a little nervous, however. It seems like the crowds are already starting to come. Everything is always so hectic there when it's crowded! I hope it doesn't get interrupt my holidays...

- What board do you read first? --I usually find myself going to the Random board first..then the Themepark board. - How often do you visit? Every day, once a week, NEVER! --I usually come about once a week now, and I'll stay on for about 30 minutes or so. - How many pages through each board do you read? --I only read what's on the first page. - Are there certain types of posts you read more than others? --Anything that I think will amuse me in the Random forum, and in the Themepark forum I will usually click on a thread about a park that I've been to, or that I'm really interested in. (In other words...parks that aren't in America) - Do you do anything else besides reading the forum (chat room, profile, searching, main site photos, etc) I go in the chat room every once and a while. I rarely do anything else.

That IS odd! I can't imagine non-coaster enthusiasts (Being that there are a lot more of them, than there are US!) traveling all the way up here just for an event at SFDK...but, maybe there is something about NorCal that attracts SoCal people..beats me. And yeah, night time at SFDK?! BURRRRRRRRRRRR!! I get cold going there before the fog even reaches the park!

Other places in the world, buildings are made of mud! I know you were saying how strong our buildings are, but when you have a mud house, it's pretty much guaranteed to fall at some point or another...We don't really need proof, heheh

Yeah, Christmas advertising does come earlier each year...It doesn't change my mood about Thanksgiving though! I still love poor old Thanksgiving! I may not get gifts, but I really like this time of year...days off school, lots of food around, chilling with family... Yeah, it pretty much rocks, and advertising is just a little annoyance. Nothing more. Best part about Thanksgiving, is that when it's over, you know another awesome holiday is coming up!!

^I love picture!! It might be pretty cool if you cropped all the out of focus areas (They don't seem like they work to me), but that's just my opinion. What was your set-up?..If you don't mind me asking

Since you seem to want them equally, get a Wii...it's way cheaper, and you will have extra money to buy games! ..Though I've never played a Wii before..

Can't you all see how many seats there are per row in that picture on the first page?! It's OBVIOUSLY a dive coaster! Nope, don't question it, it's definitely a dive coaster.
