I am on the diet now and I am down 40 pounds in 75 days. I am not like an expert but I can answer some questions. .

So next weekend will be my first time @ Dollywood. I hear that the park is nice but there are other must do places to visit. Anyone have some suggestions of places a first timer should not miss?

So I am excited. I went to Camden Park in WV yesterday. I didn't have to take the walk of shame one time. Although some of the rides were a tight fit! I am currently down about 38 pounds on keto. Also, I've went from a 48 to 42 waist. I went to the park in part because it is the only one in WV and I am here for another few months. But I also went as a preview to see how things would go at Dollywood next weekend. Hopefully by next week I am down 40-45 pounds!

I took this pic yesterday at Camden Park, my first park since Sept 2016. Between law school and studying for the bar I didn't have time to go to parks. Now that I am barred and lost about 40 pounds, I feel like its time to get back in the saddle.

This is a great addition, glad that this ride got the Rougarou treatment, as it is the closest park to me, although I consider HP my home park. Haven't been since 2015. This may make me make a trip.

We all slip up. Weight loss is not easy. When you slip up own it, but don't dwell on it and move on. I am on Keto and I slip up. Once I do I own it and try to get on my diet.

That is awesome man! Congrats! You are in prime coaster riding condition! The next step is to lose 1.9 pounds so you can see that 1 in front of you weight!

I have just caught up with all the post great park! I can't wait to see what replaces Venomous. Part of me is upset to see a last of it's kind coaster go, but with that big plot of land, I know something awesome is going to replace it

I am also on Keto. I've been going strong for 50 days and I am down 30 pounds! I am so excited. For the first time in years I have a 2 in front of my weight. I am going to keep it up through the summer and hopefully by August I can fit on Fury 325!

I also want to extend my condolences. Losing a loved one is tough. I've been thinking about my "trigger" and I think it is, or was, law school. I would be so focused on class and studying I'd just eat, study and sleep.

This is an awesome thread and I am glad it exist. After taking the walk of a shame a few times on some Cedar Point coasters I took the whole 2018 season off from roller coasters. Recently I started keto and its really been working for me. I am down 23 pounds in 33 days. I am trying to lose like 15 pounds a month so hopefully I can stand a fighting change to get on Fury 325 by August. Last time I was there I could not fit.

Wow! What an awesome transformation.I love how all the roller coaster look now that they are in planet coaster. One of the things that I've worried about with planet coaster are the flat rides, so I look forward to seeing how the parks look with a new game!

Valley Hills is coming back? The park that inspired me to try to make a park blog? The park with a full website?

There is a rumor that Zootopia is coming to Shanghai Disneyland! I hope it's true. I always thought this movie property was a good fit for the parks. The post also suggest that this Zootopia land could come to Animal Kingdom as well. We probably won't hear anything until D23 but I am still exited. Just recently discovered this thread. This looks amazing. Most of us just use a computer game to simulate what we want to create, but I applaud you for the working on a physical roller coaster. I am enjoying watching you build this ride, and I am very excited to see the finished project. Can you tell us more about your vision at far as the ride/show elements or are you planning those as you go along?

I am very impressed with this expansion. This is going to increase the capacity of the park significantly, and it will add some pretty cool night time entertainment.

If the media report are true, and this ride has been in the park since 1977, it probably time to retire it for something new. I really hope that they look to replace it with one of those crazy flat rides from Canada's Wonderland like the Soaring Timbers ride or Skyhawk!

I hope the Ravens don't try this at Six Flags America. lol.

Forgive me in advance, because I am a Baltimore Ravens fan, so I am little bias. With that being said. . . Everything about this new addition is awesome! I love the ride, I love the theming, and I love how they are totally transforming that part of the park to a mini- themed land. They are basically taking the pre-game NFL experience that we all know and plus-ing it with an amazing coaster. This is the type of ride that will get me back up to Kennywood next year. I can't wait to take a picture with my Ravens jersey in front of that Steelers Country sign.
