Has anyone given Premier a chance to build out a big/long coaster? I'm not sure if there is one. But I agree here, F.ull Th.rottle is actually a great ride (smooth and buttery + love that hang time on the vertical loop) ... but it really needs to be longer, and that trim on the downside of that top hat needs to get removed! The track from the downside to the station is not far so I see why they had to stop the train ASAP, but they should've designed it without BRAKING the train in the MIDDLE of a very steep drop in the first place! SIGH

Personally, it's my favorite ride still (drop + inside raven turn FTW). Lately (as in the last 3 times I've been there in 2 months), they've been dispatching quickly (as the other train comes back to the station). Apparently you can't ask for more than that by SFMM standards, so I'll take it. Prior to that (late summer/Fright Fest), they were running one train, or very sloppy two trains. X2, Tatsu, and soon to be Twisted Colossus (I hope) will be the top 3 rides for many. Tatsu always has atrocious operations. I don't think I've ever seen them hit their 120 second times. And hypothetically, they sometimes use both stations, but I've never witnessed that before.

So I was in the passenger seat yesterday, and I saw this truck drive by (I-10 Eastbound out of Los Angeles in case you need to know lol).... for a split second I thought it was RMC hauling/picking up parts for Twisted Colossus. I. Am. A. Coaster. Nerd. Of course my friend looked at me like I was crazy, LOL Rocky Mount ______ -

I might be the only one but I actually think X2 (newer trains) is pretty smooth of a ride! Zero complaints maybe not Tatsu silliness, but considering what it's doing, i can't imagine a ride like that being even smoother. -
From SFMM's perspective, my guess is they want to keep the title of tallest/fastest stand-up coaster in the world (and I think generally regarded as the best standup?), and there's little incentive to convert to a floor less, since they already have Scream. I say gut everything at the back of the park and put in a Giga

I thought Eejanaika got the new trains? Or was that Dinoconda? [or both] -
For those curious, looks like Xmas eve is the time to go! Very short lines on all the rides (the longest wait was Full Throttle, about 30 minutes, and about the same for Batman running one train). X2 surprisingly had a short line for the times I went on it throughout the day (under 15 minutes)! Ride ops were on point today, by SF standards. Went on 11 rides total, 28 inversions in one day! Haven't had a full on coaster marathon like that in such a long time, surprised I lasted (and was the lone survivor of my group of 4). Oh yeah, went on Apocalypse for the first time ever... the layout/speed is actually quite decent (I was surprised, I went into this without looking too much into the layout/design)... BUT, it was bumpy as f*ck! I can take a beating, but that is pretty harsh, yikes! Still my favorite ride elements at SFMM: [1] X2 inside raven turn after the drop, [2] X2 drop, [3] Tatsu Pretzel Loop, [4] Full Throttle loop (hang time is amazing), [5] Scream zero-g roll (it feels like an inline twist to me) Ride elements/parts I still hate: [1] that MCBR on Goliath (it literally stopped us three times today! complete standstills. worse than usual), [2] that MCBR on the downside of the Full Throttle top hat

What they should have are accurate signs posted about ride closures ... ideally, posted online so people know ahead of time. OT: If you're in line, and all of a sudden you gotta go #1 or #2, what do you do? Do you get out of line and have someone hold your spot, or just get out of the queue? #seriously #lol

That's the only part I'm gonna have to disagree with. My #1 ride so far. ever.
