IMO its the 2nd best coaster in the park. The unpredictability factor really puts it over the top for me.

Cautiously optimistic about this. I give Disney the benefit of the doubt bc Disney, but I agree with AJ. Six months seems like a very small window to convert ToT into an entirely new elaborately themed attraction. That being said, I think the concept is awesome. Guardians was a great movie and ToT is a great ride. Perfect marriage of the two.

I know you're going for a joke but the operations at Great Adventure are the best I've seen of all the SF parks I've visited by a wide margin.

I played at GAdv very sparingly last week, but there are a ton of pokestops and gyms so it's certainly a hot spot. I did catch a Gloom there so I still got some stuff done. I've gone to Richmondtown as well. Most of my rare Pokémon I caught there.

Taking a trip in a couple weeks to visit Quassy, Canobie Lake, SFNE, and Lake Compounce. Quassy and Canobie are new parks for me.

Anyone here try the Barbeque and Beer festival the park had the first couple of weeks of July? I tried making it out but couldn't work out the logistics.

I've done the JFK museum. It is outstanding and while it is a take at your own pace museum, plan to spend at least two hours. It really is that amazing. Can't answer any of your other questions unfortunately.

Vaporeon is one of the strongest Pokémon of the original 151, and apparently is the strongest one in Pokémon GO. It's very good that you have one, as well as Flareon and Jolteon.

I'll defer to you because you live closer to the park, but I've never experienced 3-5 min dispatches at Dorney. But I saw the operators at SFOT take 15-20 min per train on Shockwave, so 8-10 would be a breeze in comparison.

Dorney is one of the few parks where VR makes sense. Haven't gotten a new coaster in a few years and probably won't be in the next few, so just throw some of these headsets on Thunderhawk or Steel Force and call it a day. And they never get a crowd, so slowed down operations certainly won't be a problem.

It would look so much more intimidating, wouldn't blend in with Nitro anymore and would set the tone for Gotham City if the park goes for a re-theme. Which they might have hinted at this morning on snapchat.

While the blue at MM is nice, personally I want them to repaint it black with yellow rails.

Saw that Sunday and forgot to mention it. Glad the revitalization of Movie Town is beginning during the season. It's going to be a lot different back there next year.

Perhaps, but I don't buy that they'd do a big teaser campaign like this to announce a generic S&S tower, regardless of how tall it might be. Just seems like it's going to be something else entirely.

^^ Well, seeing that clue 3 was "a ride like this has never been done", I think its safe to say that it is not going to be an S&S tower.

When did you leave? When I was at Batman I walked right into the station, and was immediately grouped into row 8. If it was because of the heat/crowds I understand, but I hope this isn't permanent.

At the park now and for some reason Batman has a grouper? Terrible turn of events.

Anyone there today? Most likely headed down in a bit but I don't want to waste my time in this heat if the place is mobbed.

I knew they used part of the building for storage, but I wasn't aware it housed two Fright Fest mazes. Most likely because I avoid that place like the plague during Fright Fest.

I was banking on that package coming this year. I never thought the park would pony up to build a brand new show building instead of converting the simulator building on the other side of the park.
