5: Acrophobia @ SFoG - Very unusual drop with the tilting seats but very fun nonetheless. Not a very forceful drop though. 4: Supreme Scream @ Knott's - Great setting and very fun and forceful drop. I seem to like S&S towers more than Intamin. 3: Drop Zone @ Canada's Wonderland - Forceful drop, great setting, and great speed. 2: Scream @ SFNE - Gorgeous view from the top, very forceful, great freefall experience, and every time I've been at SFNE this year they ran each tower on combo cycle (launches then freefalls). 1: Down Time @ Lake Compounce - This is my favorite out of all the drop towers I've been on. Great location and very forceful drop. The launch up to the top is great and I just love S&S towers!

I don't get the whole "first plane themed coaster" claim. Plane themed rides have been around for a long time, the last one being Junker.

Maybe Dollywood will install the worlds first "Double D" simulator.

Why would Gardaland get another big coaster in 2017? They just got Black Hole last year, but then again Heide got Krake and Flug within 2 years of each other so it could be possible.

This ride is going to be huge. Makes me question the use of the word "petit" in its name lol. I wonder how this will compare to a big Intamin gyrodrop.

But isn't the point of drop towers to be dropped down? I do prefer S&S and Larson towers though as you can actually feel freefall on those.

Green Lantern @ SFGAdv. Strange how this standup is so bad while Riddler is one of the best B&M's I've ever ridden. Superman Ultimate Fluff is also a good candidate.

SFNE across the CT river is beautiful. When SRoS finally goes back to red, it will be even better!

It's really strange how the drop looks almost vertical from that angle, but it's no where near that in reality. The new prelift is definitely better than the flat turns that were there before.
