I know the movie theater video you are talking about and those block sensor bars were huge. The reason I want more distance is because 1. this may go 10-15 feet but once you get close the the limit it doesn't work that well and at my grampa's house I cant be across the room using it so more distance=better 2. Also I can move the lights closer and further which can help with use at a short distance too..... anyways I created a topic for my making of the sensor bar cause I thought it would be better as its own topic so any other custom sensor bar talk would make more sense there I would think.. edit: the video is here in it the people are playing like 5 feet away from the sensor bar, and they are playing a game that dosnt really require full use of the sensor bar I am talking about games like red steel or..... well thats all I can think of now.

Well like the title says I am makeing a sensor bar for my wii.... Right now I got a basic design which is going to change once I acctually figure out how I am going to set it up, but for now check out what I got. Uhm.. have "fun" with that. Can't you just use the lights from a remote for your lights? Well as far as I know the sensor bar just a bunch of infrared LEDs so I decided to make one 12 LEDs (6 for each side) an on off switch and then finally an extra LED to tell me whether its on or off. I mean I don't really need it, but I wanna make it just because I can. The best part is if I figure out how to get this to work I can get 18 LEDs (9 for each side) making it so I could use it farther away from the TV. Finally the other use is that I can make them really really far apart or really really close if I wanted to. Although I am still trying to figure out how I am going to put it all together I just thought it would be something fun to do in my free time...... also wanted to see if anyone else had made one and how they designed it.

Well I got a question for you all.... have any of you made your own sensor bar? I decided to make my own just for fun and am wondering if I should make a photo report of it...... although its impossible to find infrared LEDs. Anyways I probably gonna put some pics of my struggle to make it

nice ride.... anyways EVERYONE WHO IS COMPLAINING ABOUT AHG AT LEAST COMPLAIN ABOUT IT IN A TOPIC ABOUT AHG OR AT LEAST A RIDE THAT USES AHG.... anyways since I already have the ride dont overuse the in game smoother because it makes parts that should be straight curve. Anyways if you got 3D skills add them or at least a cool cartexture (black one with a spider on the top with web and red eyes white with a fly trapped in a black web just my opinion) anyways keep going with your ride it looks awsome

yea this movie was awsome.... although it wasnt a 10/10 I still thought sin city was way better. Although this movie is great when me and my friend where walking out of the theater people where screaming "SPARTA" it was pretty funny and it was a good movie. No one even talked during the movie it was so good. Its really a good movie and I think most of you should see it if you dont mind bloody battles.

no playing against eachother yet although you are supposed to be able to with the new SSB, but until then VC games to download (cost money), you can download a trial version of the internet browser still I think, forcast channle, and finnally post your connect code in the wii connect code topic I made (although it dosnt say its mine cause robb moved someone elses post to the top ) and post your code there for people to add to their wii and send you their miis and messages. edit: YAY AC IN WARIO WARE

HOLY CRAP THE WII IS STRONG. I was looking for my tv remote and had to walk to the other side of the room and accidently kicked the wii over RUNNING WITH WARIO WARE IN IT I was freaked. Luckily it didnt scratch the disk (made a bad noise, but still works perfectly fine) this system is awsome.

just to let you know when I went to EBgames they said they (and all other EBgames) are haveing a wiifest this weekend where they will have everything in stock (nunchucks and wiimotes included) and extra warioware and everything. Dunno if this is just SF, but I might go get a nunchuck this weekend.
