That would be epic! Maybe they wouldn't do it this year due to time constraints, but they could do it for 2015 and really make Goliath the star of the show.
I am in need of a Banshee POV now . . . too bad I will have to wait 'til Media Day. This could be one of the first new coasters I have ridden without watching a "real" POV pre-ride.
I don't understand the gimmick of a steep drop. To me, they all feel the same. Can we all feel much difference between an 85 degree drop and a 90 degree drop?
Love how this thing has a roller coaster feel (airtime hill after drop). Also, it looks like you would get soaked on this thing . . . most log rides I have been on disappointed me on a scorching summer day.
I would say it depends on the conditions. If it is raining is the morning, do it while the weather clears. If there is no weather conditions, then I would say the middle of the day, because I just did it a few days ago and there was no wait for it. Hope this helps!
