  1. Where did you find out it was being sold for 70,000 dollars?
  2. I enjoyed the Solace. I never expected Xcelerator to be open for ERT since it had been raining the night before. The only drawbacks were that it was freezing cold, and the group picture took forever. (After laughing at us the first time around, a guy on the log ride took our picture before the photographer did.)
  3. I thought vortex was smooth, but I was a lot shorter when I rode it 2 years ago. My vote still goes to Riddler's Revenge.
  4. I only get annoyed when GP interrupt me to tell me something that isn't true. For example, when I was in line for Silver Bullet once, my friend (who was terrified of getting on it) asked me if it went faster than Ghostrider. When I said it didn't, this girl behind me started arguing with me about it. My friend almost missed out on his favorite coaster.
  5. Its 1 and a half hours to knotts, disneyland, etc. and Magic Mountain is 2 and a half to 3 hours, depending on the traffic. If that's too far, you could go to the stuff in San Diego. There's Knott's Soak city, Belmont Park, Sea World, and Legoland.
  6. ^I never thought of it that way. There should be a 4-d coaster that has 2 zero-g-rolls. One for each side.
  7. I saw the Visitation. Its pretty good for a movie with such a low budget. 7/10
  8. I'll be going to the Solace on Saturday. I have a lot of things to do on Sunday so I can't go to Magic Mountain.
  9. I say it should get new B&M trains and be enclosed. Since it's the only one of its kind, I don't think it should be destroyed.
  10. ^ If you go to Belmont Park and Sea World on the same day, it would be worth it. The sea lion and otter show is new, so that's probably why it's so much better than the others.
  11. Does anyone know what the look out baloons are? I wonder if they are similar to the hot air baloon things at the San Diego Wild Animal Park.
  12. I forgot about Flashback, but I don't remember if I enjoyed riding it so much because it was closed most of the time, or because it was actually any good. Its been too long.
  13. My favorite coaster would have to be Riddler's Revenge. I would have put Spinout, but this is about coasters. -Luke
  14. It must be awesome to be a ride-op for Psyclone. You get to laugh at everyone's reactions without riding it for yourself.
  15. I have A's in everything. (I know I'm a nerd )
  16. If it hadn't gone bankrupt, Arrow would have gotten way better. I always wanted to get on one of those Arrow-batic coasters.
  17. I finally saw Jaws all the way through, and I still can't figure out why people thought it was so scary. It was still entertaining, though.
  18. I thought that GL flopped because they took out the animal part. Both Cedar Point and Great Adventure are trying to keep their coasters open, but it does seem like KingdaKa is closed for longer periods of time.
  19. I'd forgotten they had a petting zoo I'm extremely happy with the direction Magic Mountain seems to be going, but just imagine if Flashback got new trains, and it was actually smooth. I think it could happen.
  20. I just suddenly decided I want to go to Florida this summer. It better be as good as you say it is.
  21. Don't get rid of Flashback! When I got my season pass, it looked like there was still enough room to keep it and add a small flat ride. I haven't had that many problems with the employees, but then again, I don't go there nearly as often as you guys do. -Luke
  22. That artist has issues. Under different management, that park looks like it could be pretty decent.
  23. Tidal Wave at SFMM doesn't, and I don't think this one does either. That would be awesome, but the boats would have to have something more than just a lapbar that goes all the way across.
