Am I the only one annoyed* by the fact the three connectors on the lift hill supports are white instead of yellow, like all the others? On the simulation they were yellow, too. (* this is a joke, I couldn't care less. But I'm staring at the webcam since hours and I only see that!) -

That's it, those two pictures are showing it well: The drop is indeed intended to be vertical, as you can see with the left rail. But that left rail is also the pivot point of the slight rotation (like Arrow did their transitions back then). That means the right rail is actually... past vertical. Left rail vertical, right rail past vertical... Mind blown! -- By the way, what happens if you get stuck in a Chance Toboggan vertical lift?! You're stuck in here forever because there's no backup (is there?) and furthermore the tube prevents the cage to open! Dang that's a scary though. -
Neither did I actually, but there are some clues (ie. the drone patents, the emergence of the mapping technology)... And let's face it: fireworks are a nigthmare, even more when you want to have a show every day. Don't worry, Disney has not the intention to get rid of fireworks soon enough, but in the long term however... (maybe one or two decades?)

I hope it's accurate enough and doesn't not correspond to hundred of coasters (it's a custom). -

I can't really enjoy these videos due to the illegal and dangerous aspect, but I do recognize it's pretty nice. Would make off-rides videos even more interesting! -
That's the reason Disney is trying to get rid of them. It's loud, expensive, not re-useable, and dangerous. Mapping, lights, fountains, and drones are the future of night-time entertainment. In my opinion, nothing can beat fireworks, but well... There's a lot of new technologies to discover and play with. For instance, that thing I came accross the other day. Displaying a 3D image in mid-air, impossible you say? Look at that, I already see giant Mickey heads floating in the sky! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfVS-npfVuY ... and to think this video is from 2011..!

How loud is a RMC? They can use a I-box track, it sounds quieter. -

By the way, those who were pissed that Fury's track wasn't aligned with the hexagonal pattern at the station, well, Cannibal's drop isn't centered on the tower either. You're welcome. Anyway, those rolls look amazing. The hype is all about Schilke and Draves these day (for good reasons), but let's give a shout-out to Dal Freeman, the man behind this piece-of-art of a coaster! -

Do you say that because they're working together on Skyscraper, or because they really have a partnership beyond that one ride? -

We already discussed that, and at the end, I think all the smaller dives are 87°... 3° don't really matter actually, this is a free-fall nonetheless. I really dig the theming, it's amazing how only a bunch of good ideas really set the ride and makes it better. -
My thoughts. Neil Patrick Harris is already on California Screamin', Neil Patrick Harris was temporarily voicing a very bad Mara in Indiana Jones Adventure... I don't see the correlation between NPH and World Of Color at first. It's just like they need to put him everywhere. It's not like Disney had a century history of charaters already... Do they really need to hire a guest-star? I go to Disney to see Mickey, Donald, Goofy and friends. If I want NPH, I watch TV.

This. Seriously this is how I feel about the lighting. Yes the station lighting is pretty cool. But the lift hill lights are a bit much. Have you seen it in person? I don't think we can properly judge through a camera lens. -

I agree with you here, it's almost always more frustrating than anything. Efteling however is selling this new addition as an attraction, an experience - not a coaster. The coaster is like the final part of the attraction (same pattern as DVH). That's why I was stressing out the fact that it's a bit more than just a themed lift and station. But then again, yet it's only the words Efteling publicly given to people. We'll see what it really has in store when it'll open. -

I don't think so, the only cases I remember are the two dumb*ss that were decapitated for going under an Inverted coaster (Batman and Katun) to reach for their lost item. But it's not B&M fault. -

It's a little more than "the station and the lift" because the ride has a storyline, the queue will also be heavily themed and it will even have one (or more?) preshow. No so many coasters have a preshow. As for the rest of the track, yes it will only be your usual outdoor coaster, just as DVH. But, if the concept-arts are correct (and they seem to be really accurate), the supports will be custom: look at the immelman. -

... and we, europeans, wish we'd have larger dive coasters such as Sheikra or Griffon. Will we ever be 100% satisfied? -

Let's take a peek inside the tower: I spy... a double elevator lift à la Divertical/Matterhorn Blitz and other Mack wild mouses. Now I think the word I'm looking for is... headchopper. Look at that : From here... To there! Pictures thanks to LagoonIsFun. -
Le Fleury will indeed make a small plaque at he bottom of the ride with the name of the backers, and is giving gifts for higher donations. It includes a keyring if you give 5€ or more, entrances to the park for 10€ or more (normal cost 12.50€), annual passes for 20€ (instead of 30€), and so on. Up to a month for your family (party of 5) in a mobile home if you donate 800€ or more (instead of 1200€).
