A park that adds a Larson Loop and calls it a new coaster. What's worse than a water ride that leaves you looking like a drown rat?

I just felt the need to quote this, because it is so true. This entire hobby should be about having fun, not about "How many coasters you've been on." I HATE when people act like they are a better coaster enthusiast than someone just because they have been on more coasters. ---------------------------------------- With that being said, I can not think of anything that I have done that was embarrassing while at a park... However, that might change. I may think of some!!

Now that you mention it, it kinda does. What if the Dive Coaster concept is just a ruse, and it ends up being a 4D aqua-trax? I still think it's the world's first RMC T-Rex coaster. They are just trying to confuse us with the B&M track.

I think Falcons Fury is pretty innovative. The way the seats pull you back into the face down position, and then swing back upright near the bottom of the tower is pretty awesome. I know people dislike the ride because it takes away the real feeling of freefalling... but I still think it's innovative. . . And terrifying.

Our Kings Island -> Cedar Point trip last year was amazing. Everything was planned so well, and we were so prepared for the trip that everything jus to worked perfectly. We started planning the same trip for this coming summer when we were driving home fromantic Cedar Point! By far the best trip we have ever taken.

I guess they are not taking today off after all. There's definitely things going on at the construction site.

So I know this is really random, but Valravn's airplane beacon (I think that's what it is called) is already on, and flashing. I mean, obviously I know a lot of coasters (Especially some of the taller ones in parks) have them, I just never took the time to think about "when they put them on." I guess now I know when they put them on/turn them on. When the highest point of track is lifted into place. Obviously... that makes sense. But still. Just one of those "Who knew?" things. (At least it was for me.)

You and me both. I don't know why the free fall drop element never caught on. I think it is a great addition to a coaster, and I'd love to see more of them.

It's had them for at least a few years now. (Maybe longer) But a few years that I am for sure aware of.

Goliath's lift structure, and zero-g-stall amaze me. When the renderings first came out showing what this would really look like, I was really amazed. This is one of those times where I think "Holy crap those engineers are insane!" Same goes for i305. The lack of supports on the lift hill amaze me. I know less and less supports on lift hills are becoming more and more common, however when these both first came out it amazed me that the rides were able to stand with such few supports, and the truss system just amazes me.
