I voted for option1. I do like the bigger photo in option 2 but the twitter feed is great. I also really like the login and register buttons at the bottom, to me it seems a lot more user friendly.

I hate drop towers...they scare the crap out of me, but that was a cool little video! Makes me want to ride it! The ride looks great so far!

Why? The track is supposed to be completed by the end of Jan. Even though that isn't very likely. They say there on schedule. They haven't added like any track in almost 2 months!! I just figured it's been awhile since they have done anything, plus with the holidays coming up that they would hold off on any major track work just a little longer. Come back from the holidays rested and ready to knock out the rest of the coaster. I'm not complaining though! I love seeing more track put in place. I have missed the speed of progress they started out with though.

Wasn't expecting to see any more track put up until after New Years. Love that drop into the valley!

If it does turn out that the only good part of the ride is the first drop, then you'll basically be getting the dive machine experience anyway. That is the part I am looking forward to the most. Nope, no digging needed! haha

^I don't think they were really missing the inverted piece, with 2 inverts and a suspended already there. Yes Banshee is on a completely different scale and will most likely be so much better but I was hoping for something else...just not a wing rider. Now I'm not complaining, I'm excited for Banshee but before the announcement I was hoping for a dive machine into the valley, thought it might be cool, plus I've never been on one yet

I thought the same thing. Maybe they are starting in the middle and working out so they equipment can get out? I know it sounds stupid but it doesn't seem like there is much room on either side of the ride.

It really is one of the most beautiful and photogenic woodies I've ever seen, I'll definitely give it that, it looks fantastic. I figured I might as well share this photo I took of Mean Streak in October, it really is a beautiful ride! It really is a great looking coaster!
