  1. ^ I mean if I died before I had enough visit to worth the value
  2. The facial expression looks hilarious sometime Great photos, as usual. Great White is probably the smoothest Batman clone I have been on.
  3. An enclosed woodie just sounds...so weird, I would love to try it out though.
  4. The only one I know is the Zipper ride on the first post. Which is because I have only been to one fair-Orange County Fair, CA in 2012. I STILL NEED THE ZAMPERLA SPINNING MOUSE CREDIT!
  5. Guess the park need to offer some kind of special insurence for those who think they might be disabled and/or die before their amount of visit worth the price of the life long passes.
  6. That is such a sad news! I was also hoping that Lake Monster would be announced on IAAPA until I saw Joel was at Dollywood's booth on the photo. But it's good to see Predator might be getting an Iron Horse treatment. Guess I have to figure out a way to get the old Predator credit before Iron Predator/Lake Monster come.
  7. ^^^ Winner of this thread until someone posted about flying to Norway to hit the record breaking kiddie coaster
  8. Funtime is totally a winner. I did Texas Sky Screamer this summer. Although I felt a bit dizzy afterwards, it was really fun and it actually had a bit of force at full speed.
  9. But base on my experience on the Timberliner train on Hades, it was by far the worst coaster experience... Timberliner train still lacksexperience on new major woodies, I believe all new GG woodies in China would be using PTC trains. How did Intamin train work on Coaster Express? Does Premier still sell their wooden coaster trains?
  10. Corkscrew and Cobra Roll share my least favorite place. But it's basically on B&Ms. I really like Arrow's corkscrews and Intamin's Cobra Rolls.
  11. I remember Elissa told us that GCI claimed Wildcat would never operate again
  12. Hopefully the airtime hill after the first drop would create some real airtime like Hair Raiser instead of being completely weak like GateKeeper. This coaster looks pretty sweet, look forward to hit the park someday.
  13. Mr. Freeze was a huge surprise! The force at the bottom of the inverted top hat might be the strongest I have ever experienced. Premier rocks! I love Mr. Freeze and Poltergeist for how intense they are.
  14. ^Does that mean Lightning Run would go vertical soon? I am really curious to see how Chance would construct their ride.
  15. The train looks fantastic! I love the logo design, it looks refreashing after seeing too much similar logos at Six Flags and Cedar Fair.
  16. I wouldn't be surprised as that's what they did with X-Flight. That's one thing that sort of irks me about Great America, I don't get why they wouldn't want their new coaster to be open to everyone on opening day. For those who only go once a year, it would seem like a ripoff if they went to the park early in the season only for Goliath to not be open yet or only be open to season pass holders. It's good marketing for SFGAm for more people to purchase season passes. I was at X-Flight's season pass exclusive opening day back in May 2012 and there were a lot of people getting turned down at the entrance. However, as I went through Hometown Square after getting a couple rides in on X-Flight, I saw a lot of people upgrading their tickets to season passes just to go on X-Flight that day. It might not seem fair, but it's actually pretty smart on SFGAm's part. It's also a good way for the ride crew to get some more experience on real crowds. Think so! This is an excellent idea for a park. Great marketing plan on this. I think Goliath needs a whole week of season pass holder exclusive ride opening.
  17. So after a lot of people had watched Catching Fire, any new idea of how the rides would be like? I could imagine a Mack Drop 'N' Splash at the clock area. That ride just seems to be right for anything water related. Completely random, seems that the movie did not mention about the two girls ran away from District 7(Not so sure about the number)
  18. Honestly I like the second paint of Dragon better which is blue and white. The new color scheme is surely unique but it is too bizzare for a park related to ocean. The older color fits pertectly to the ocean and mountain. But I prefer the new color to the original color which was completely white. I think the ugliest color scheme is the new paint of Crystal Wing at Happy Valley Beijing. Makes me want to tear it down so bad
  19. Well, what I think is that the park could trust in the ride manufacturers and add extra safety device if the ride manufacturer say so. Too much changing on a ride would also cause problem unless the changing are operated by the manufacturer, which, is less likely to cause issues. Plus, connecting too completely irrelevant cases is seriously pointless and it only make the GP think that roller coasters are dangerous thus they would stay away from the park.
  20. So sweet that it would smash your ribs and give you a giant headache The sweetest part of the ride was the first drop in the back row and you would want to upgrade your insurance to experience the huge amount of sweetness
  21. Weird, SkyRush had a hydraulic launch in the lift hill and I experienced the most daring coaster experience in my life last night.
  22. Can't wait to use NL2! Is the Intamin wing coaster train(SkyRush type) available in NL2?
