That's a lot of hang time! I wonder how comfortable is S&S's new lap bar because Screaming Squirrel was awfully painful(I'll still ride it tomorrow ) -

Maybe Mega-Lite would be too "modern" to fit in the park? -
New Wanda Parks in China.

It'll be interesting to see if they go with the knock-off: http://www.china-sbl.com/eng/ProductInfo.aspx?m=20120801130251077488&n=20120905102152950616 or an original since that speed seems to match both models. Actually I just heard it will be a Pony Express clone -
B&M vs Intamin

I would disagree. Vortex at Carowinds is one of my bottom three steel coasters. No Intamin is close to being that bad. PS - Intamin all the way as well! Intamin multi loopers? -
B&M vs Intamin

"We don't want to make the most cars, we want to make the best cars." - Henry Ford Intamin does want to make the best, and they do. An intamin has had #1 and #2 on the Golden Ticket list every year since 2001, also Intamin has had #1 and #2 in Mitch Hawker every year since 2001, excluding 2008 and 2009, where Eagle Fortress took second both years. I305, GeForce, Bizarro, Kawasemi, iSpeed, Skyrush, Maverick, and Mega-Lite all finished in the top 10 in Mitch Hawker last year. In my opinion, Intamin has more great coasters than B&M does, not to mention Millennium Force, Goliath, Dragster, Xcelerator, Piraten, and Superman Escape. But B&M's bad coasters are much better than Intamin's bad coasters. P.S. I'm Intamin all the way! -
You do realize that the 4 TGG woodies (5 if you count Dauling Dragon as 2) in the top 20 are all above the 6 GCI woodies. Even if the Voyage shouldn't be there, still Ravine Flyer 2, Fireball, and Dauling Dragon are higher rated than the top GCI contenders. If you count CCI woodies along with TGG woodies (I do, because they are made by the same designers except Ms. Dinn herself, and TGG would still be CCI today if she hadn't closed so it wouldn't be involved in her divorce), than Boulder Dash is also included with TGG woodies above the GCI's. As Robb said, GCI's are solid B+ rides, but don't offer the airtime of TGG, Intamin, RMC and many CCI wooden coasters. I don't know about Revine Flyer 2 or Drauling Dragons, but Fireball's roughness was around Mean Streak level. I've heard someone lives in Wuhan said Drauling Dragons also beat the cr@p out of you.

"We don't want to make the most cars, we want to make the best cars." - Henry Ford Agree. Vekoma, Zamperla and Zierer makes a lot of coasters -

Actually Wing Rider's restraints aren't locked by hydraulic devices. It works similar to the lap bars on Vekoma Flying Dutchman. I think as long as the vests don't lock, it could be a super comfortable ride. Unlocked vest harness can also reduce the forward force during the brake run and some inversions. Imagine your shoulder hit into the metal bar in front of you. Ouch. I think the Gerstlauer Sky Flyer at Nickelodeon Universe has this type of restraint but it's a flat ride and it's forward force is very little.
