  1. ^ Really? You sure what you did is legal? https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/2019/06/14/hands-free-tennessee-campaign-launches-new-law-cellphones-distracted-driving/1446054001/ Furthermore, I find your flippancy about this issue alarming. You live in a society. You are required to watch out for the safety of those around you. This is not optional. This is basic human decency.
  2. Good for them. Iron Wolf really was the first major coaster of the modern era, so glad they took the opportunity to honour it in this way. Arthur Levine is a great writer too, love his articles.
  3. Awesome! We're in the middle of planning an Atlanta trip and all these are on the itinerary. Great preview for us, and a great report of all you got to see.
  4. Wow, I'm glad I wasn't on that highway at the same time as you.... Sheesh.
  5. Cool. Goliath's lift looks fantastic, definitely a fan of that design.
  6. ^ No, he wants it to rip apart without being bothered by anyone. He wants it to rip in peace.
  7. ^^ That sounds like a great reason to stay at Caribbean Beach.
  8. It's a good one. They're all good really...well all but one. I don't like fried chicken with a side of politics.
  9. ^ Y'all have Church's??? Why, you're right north of Yankee country even.
  10. Yay Chicago! They really do a great job with their theming there.
  11. That chicken. I didn't get to explore Knott's Marketplace at all, looks pretty great. Good day off!
  12. Six Flags over Georgia looks like a fun place. That Monster Mansion is so weird. Love stuff like that. Have fun on your second vacation!
  13. Sure is, thanks for the support! I think you confuse rubbernecking for support.
  14. Fixed Hahaha. And good luck finding a beer at Magic Springs. You'd think it would be in the building labeled "Biergarten," and it's certainly not in any other place, but the chance of them actually staffing said Biergarten are about as good as Hillary Clinton ever setting foot in Arkansas again.
  15. Fahrenheit is looking good! Definitely deserves it. Hershey really takes care of their park.
  16. An hour. Honestly X-Coaster is the only ride there that's worth it. Big Bad John is okay. Gauntlet suuuuuuucks. It was my first SLC and I didn't know what I was in for. Trust me on this, you don't want to ride Gauntlet. But you're probably going to anyway, so take some Ibuprofen with you.
  17. Great day at Knott's! And yeah, I understand fully what 95 and high humidity will do to you. Good move not dealing with that.
  18. What an incredible trip. Glad to see the kids were so excited about it.
  19. Cool! This is a place I've heard of but not really seen before. Thanks for the great photos!
  20. The Skyliner really gives an impressive entrance to Epcot! Yet another way to beat the traffic and get that resort experience.
  21. That Sindbad ride is amazing from start to finish. And if as you say the video doesn't do it justice... ...Oh sorry, I trailed off there looking up airfare to Japan.
  22. Awesome, but understand you're going to have to move quick to get to everything you want. Get a MaxPass. Do mobile ordering for lunch. You can have breakfast before the parks open and dinner after they close in Downtown Disney. I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep moving. The only downtime you will get is the 10 minutes or so you're in a standby line while your Maxpass waits for something else. The only time you will sit down is on rides. You will be exhausted, but you can do it! Have fun!
  23. ^ OMG, that is a real site. And a podcast!
  24. Hey, that's more roofs than I expected them to fix!
  25. To be honest, I wasn't that keen on the ride when I rode it last time, so it's no big loss for me. I can't help but wonder if there's a better system they can institute though? It is great that they keep it cycling, but it is bizarre that so many trains are dispatched with so many empty seats. When I was there, two seats were blocked off on one of the trains, so they weren't queuing anyone for those two seats on any of the trains. It effectively reduced to 18 seats...so would having 2 trains for 16 seats be all that much of a loss for the week or so until that third train was fixed?
