^^^Haha! I don't know if that's standard practice at trade shows or not, but they just can't seem to win. It seems like they need a new PR department, and some better consumer analysis.

^It is an impressive show. I was thinking how great it would have been if they put in something similar to it at DCA. -

Ok, fine. I'll let everyone in on the secret footers. They're for a new concept called Corn Dog world. Each concrete pad will be a different stand where you can create a totally unique type of corn dog. And you all thought it was going to be a coaster. -
Whats The Weather Like Where You Live?
jray21 replied to RtherBOnACoaster's topic in Random, Random, Random
My wishes were granted! It's been overcast, slightly rainy, and in the mid 60's today. It was perfect! Unfortunately, it'll get near 100 this weekend. -

Plymouth Rock Cafe is my favorite. http://www.holidayworld.com/visit/food-restaurants I agree. Also, the BBQ place was good, and the fried Oreo's are always great. As for 2 days, that can be tough since they only have Pepsi to drink! -
This is seriously one of the funniest things I've seen in a long, long, time! I also think it's a great idea, and have no problem with RFID, fingerprints, or anything like that. My only concern is that it's SFMM. I could see them getting super cheap ones that worked about as long as the terminator robots did.

Saw World War Z this past Thursday. Thought it was good. Nothing amazing, but a nice action end of the world zombie movie. I didn't read the book, so I can't compare it, but a friend who did said it was totally different and was disappointed.

Just further proof that Disney is declining by degrees. -
^And one of their only positives has been removed with their backtracking. The ability to allow up to 10 family and friends play your digital copy is no longer mentioned. Not a huge thing, but it seems like they're being dumb.

Best And Worst Coaster In California
jray21 replied to pgathriller's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
After riding Gold Striker, it's now taken over my best wood coaster in California. However, if they ever completely re-tracked Ghost Rider, or gave Colossus the iron treatment it would probably lose it's place. -

Thanks for the update, especially the nice food picture at the end! -

That ride definitely has one of my favorite coaster trains! -
What did you have to do to get it? I'm heading there this afternoon.

I wouldn't have minded if they did the boardwalk pieces every 8-12 hours. That would have been not fast enough so I'd be done in a week, but not long enough where i'd be waiting to finish for a month. Or, I wouldn't have minded if they would have made them really expensive. It just sucks having a bunch of stuff, but no where to put any of it.

That's awesome, glad it worked!

Totally agree. They always seem to go to extremes with this game. They either have an update that can easily be done in just a day or two, or ones like the Whacking day which were way too monotonous, as Robb pointed out. I understand that they want to make the levels last longer, but this is ridiculous. I honestly don't play it any more than before the update. I log on ever day or two, spend 5 minutes, then I'm done. I wouldn't be surprised if they shorten the boardwalk building times in a future update. I know it's all about getting people to buy doughnuts, but this is ridiculous.

That was dead on.
