El Toro One of the smoothest wooden coasters I have been on. I love every aspect of it from the fast lift hill to the airtime. The ride is fun no matter how many times you go on.

Did RS once just because it seemed different. Riding it once is more than enough, I wouldn't mind to see it go. The only attraction I ever missed was the River Rapids ride because it was one of the best ones in any amusement park.

Dollywood Knoebels or Kennywood?

Last year my French teacher left the last 2 months of the school year because she had a baby and then she announced around the start of the second semester that she was pregnant again due for this upcoming fall. The teacher who would take her spot teaches better but has no patience, and talks about herself a lot, which is another reason why I dropped French. My friend wants to take an elective, Photography but on her schedule she has Photography 2 instead of 1. She kept telling her guidance counselor that she never took Photography 1 and would have to do that first but they still have her in Photography 2 as of now. I always start with separate binders for each class until I start combining binders to carry less around.

Camelbeach Waterpark- My friends and I were on the new ride Sandstorm, which is a four person tube slide that has two funnels. Once finish going through the first funnel there is a sensor that tells the ride operators to send the next riders. My friends and I finished the first funnel but we got stuck and couldn't move the tube down. We figured we set the sensor off when we heard the next group of people screaming. So I leaned over the side using my hand to push us forward and we started moving but my hand remained stuck between the slide and tube until the next drop. Six Flag's The Great Escape- I did 2 back to back rides on Comet and then decided to get water before doing a couple of more rides. When I got back in line I was getting ready to step onto the train when I realized I had put my phone in my pocket, so I got out of line to give my phone to my parents. As I walked back towards the station the same train got stuck on the lift hill. I could of been on that train and have gotten stuck haha.

I'm really hoping for no lockout this season. We have until September 15th and I hope a new deal gets done before then.

Im going into Junior year this September. They showed the schedule with our teachers for a few days in July but then took them down until August 24th when we can see it again. In my school you are required to take at least 2 years of one language. Freshman and Sophomore year I took French as I had taken it in Middle school. Going into High School I was terrible with french because in Middle school french class consisted of eating candy, watching movies, and learning for about 5 minutes everyday. I had the same french teacher both frosh and Soph year and I along with my friends had major problems with her. She was a terrible teacher and a horrible way of grading, picked favorites, got mad easily and etc... So we decided we took two years of French already so lets switch to Spanish the last two years... It is about me and 12 other friends who I knew switched into Spanish. When they released the schedule they all had Spanish a different period than me and I am by myself. I am just hoping that one of their schedules got changed and I have one of them in my class. I can't stand being in another class without friends because it always happens to me.

This ride is going to be crazy amazing! Honestly can't wait to see this up and running next year!

I'm not trying to drag this thread out but I didn't know whether to post my question in here or the Hersheypark discussion thread. Next Saturday (August 18th) I'm going to Hershey with my sister and we definitely want to hit Storm Runner, Fahrenheit, Great Bear, and Skyrush. We are not going to the park til sometime after 4PM and will probably stay until 9 PM. We are expecting it to be crowded because of the Mixtape Festival that is happening at the Hersheypark Stadium at the same time. What will be the best strategy for trying to hit these rides and reruns?

I feel like all of the parks now want a Wing Rider for the newest non-coaster thrill. With Wing Rider being the new thing I think that we may see 1 or 2 more Stand-Up coasters at most. I have only been on one Stand-Up coaster, which was Green Lantern when it was new to SFGAdv. I actually enjoyed the coaster and didn't find it painful except for getting a bit dizzy towards the last corkscrew.

I don't usually watch the Summer Olympics but I will watch Swimming, gymnastics, and maybe a few track events. I just don't enjoy watching the Olympics games on Tape delay because I find out the results before I can actually watch it.

Knoebel's Food > Hershey's Chocolate World. My dad comes with my mom and I to Knoebels just so he can have the food there.

^ I have been on a couple boomerang type of slide before but they were much steeper and bigger than King Cobra. They also didn't have any of the twists before and just the drop, where you can go in a single or double tube so it was more than 200 lbs. Also I think they may also be referred to as a Half Pipe type of slide. I actually don't mind that type of ad wrap on El Toro definitely one of the better ad wraps I have seen. That train reminds a bit of Verbolten's trains... Just saying
