  1. Not sure what I would do with it, but it looks neat.
  2. haha. We'll see. Depends on what my work schedule looks like.
  3. I'm probably not even going to make a 45 minute road trip to the park this year. Driving 5 hours to KI and 12 hours to BGW and KD seems a lot more worth my while. Piss on the Justice League.
  4. The gimmick of turning Mr. Freeze backwards. I recognize that I'm in the minority, but I really loved everything about the ride in its original form. It was the one ride that kept me going back to my local park, SFSTL. I went once for the transformation and I was extremely dissatisfied. I haven't been back in years. As people in the SFSTL thread know, I've been jaded ever since. It was one of my favorite coasters. I think it was the one that gave me the coaster bug.
  5. All of them. I'm kind of a closet coaster fan.
  6. I do think you're lying. Yesterday your profile age was 15. You aged 11 years over night.
  7. I'm calling BS on everything but getting spit on three times. /end thread
  8. My wife and I saw Jubilee several years ago. It was like the show that never ended. We left early. We would have opted for suicide rather than finishing it. We're not show people.
  9. I think if a park can have a B&M hyper and a B&M giga and be successful, there won't be any problems with CP adding a dive machine. Don't over think it.
  10. SFSTL - I live 45 minutes away. I went three years ago. New steel or bust.
  11. When you get stuck in line next to an overly enthusiastic enthusiast.
  12. Oh sh*t. You'd better hurry up and contact the engineers to let them know.
  13. Jesus. They're actually going ahead with it? I hope this is going to be some type of admission based attraction complex... otherwise: This will be a nice new hangout spot for young thugs to commit retail thefts, vehicle burglaries, and get into gang fights. Attractions + no admission + inner city + STL = Is it just me or does it feel really unsafe in here? #stlouismillsmall
  14. SHHHHHHHH DON'T CURSE IT It just means that in March when everyone is ready for summer it will dump 12" on us. Late snowy winters have become the norm in the Midwest, anymore.
  15. ^ It's an experience. I wouldn't want it to be permanent what so ever. B:TR is almost perfect. As was Mr. Freeze.
  16. Majestic?... wow. No humping the roller coasters, dude.
  17. Yes, The Boss really is that bad. The park seems perfectly content keeping it as a POS. Our park president doesn't feel the transformation to Iron Boss is a good solution, because we'd have to shorten the ride. I don't think anyone complained about losing ride time on Iron Rattler in trade for a better experience.
  18. I wasn't stoked about namtab by any means, but at least it would be a new experience to try out. I definitely wouldn't want the ride to stay backwards. Again, just another one for the long list of thrills that have been turned down.
  19. You should check out STL. The city and everything is very awesome. I believe there is a St Louis Cardinal/6 Flags package that would be very much worth it and help encompass all of the STL areas. SFStL is located about 30-35 mins west of downtown in the outskirts of the St Louis county.......aside from SFStL, the Eureka area where it's located is rather event-less and nothing to do. If coming from Branson, where SDC is, SFStL would be before you hit the city. Hah... The city has a few highlights, but I wouldn't call it amazing by any stretch. If you are forced to come here, check out the zoo, city museum, and if you can stay awake through America's most boring and lazy sport catch a Cardinals game. Bill, if you ever do make the mistake of coming to STL, get a hold of me ahead of time. I know a lot of good restaurants and bars to recommend. Maybe the wife and I could make a trip across the river and we could all grab a beer.
  20. In reference to SFSTL, we're missing Major Steel or Iron Boss. By major steel, I mean mostly a hyper. Neither one will probably ever happen. I'm native to the STL area and I haven't been to the park in over three years. We were all hopeful for Iron Boss, but we've been told by reliable park employees that the park manager has no plans for that. There are also no plans major steel thrill addition, at least within the foreseeable future. I'm still jaded over Mr. Freeze being turned backwards. Out of my 150 credits, it would still be one of my favorites today if it had not been altered. I loved the hell out of it, but when they turned it backwards it completely ruined the experience for me. Although from the sounds of it the majority of the public enjoyed the change, backwards launches do nothing for me. I saw it as nothing but a typical SF gimmick to try to market an old attraction as a new attraction.
  21. hmmmmm... Is it bad that this actually motivates me to want to ride it?
  22. No offense at all, but that's the first time I've ever seen anyone of your experience with Silver Bullet in their top 10, haha. Also don't sell yourself short. 200+ coasters is a pretty impressive count. People sh*t when I tell them I've been on 150ish. I have agreed with all of your posts in this thread. I really think B&M is trying to step up their game. Maybe not in giant leaps and bounds like a lot of the critics would like, but if you look at at Banshee, Thunderbird, and Fury, they are making some more aggressive design changes.
  23. I've been in love with Premier since my first ride on Mr. Freeze (before it was ruined). I'm really looking forward to this ride next year.
