Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (BGT Discussion Thread)

I was actually wondering why those pre-brakes were needeed if the seats return to normal position during the "normal" brakes. But I guess the know what they're doing. That would be very interesting..... -
^Oh, ok. Thanks. I had also considered that (the steepness thing) so I just wanted to know how it felt.

^^ That seems to go over 5Gs at some points! That's a lot! If that is accurate, I'm very impressed! -
Just one question, for those who've ridden Helix: how does the second launch feel? It looks like it gains speed but then closer to the end it doesn't seem to be accelerating much (as it's quite long). So I wonder how the forces feel.

Just seem Memento and I thought it was really good. I enjoy this type of film where you have to keep concentrating and definitely wasn't expecting the ending (actually I was expecting that I wouldn't be expecting the ending at all ). One more great Christopher Nolan piece!

^Haha! Interesting. I had actually once thought of an element like the zero g stall (but didn't sent the idea anywhere) and then, when Goliath was announced - there it was! -

God! That shouldn't be acceptable anywhere! Even for a knock-off SLC! -

Nice pics! I went to the park in 2007 and 2008 and it was also rather empty (especially in 2007) so it's interesting to know it hasn't changed much. It's a shame that Stunt Fall has gotten bad, when I rode it it was great and packed a nice punch, making it a pretty good ride! Coaster Express, on the other hand, is the worst coaster I have ever ridden: it gave me a terrible headache because it was super super and, one more SUPER rough. And then there is the fact that the layout itself isn't great either. So if yo say Hades 360 is even worse, I can only imagine... How was superman running? I'm interested as it is kind of a special coaster for me as it was my first properly big one and for a long time, my favourite. (and, yeah... you can tell by my avatar picture) -

Those views are stunning. I've been to Barcelona but never to Tibidabo. Nice pictures. Honestly said, I don't know which coaster I prefer, Yin I think I prefer Shambhala for riding it over and over again, and I prefer Dragon Khan when I want to seek inversions Shambhala gave me a better ride this year than in 2012 but I still think Dragon Khan is an awesome ride! (no surprise it is my favourite coaster) so I like it better. -

^I wonder they have those. The trains seem relatively "closed" so there's not much space for your legs to move about a lot. -

^^When I rode it in the last week of August the restraints were still tightening but the pacing wasn't terrible (just that final helix and hill that should really get some more speed). My biggest problem were the unpleasant vibrations I would get if I sat on the outside seats (which I always do) after the third row. -
^^Haha I was about to mention that picture to say the same! There really must be some decent air there! That would be just awesome! I've always dreamt of a massive looping ride! Great photos and great video Hanno! This thing looks stunning
