I've never been to KI but if I think of other parks with B&M hypers I would imagine that the reason would be the fact that it is "very big and tall" and not if they feel it's safe or not. Maybe you would hear people saying (which I have) things like: "Oh and the restraint is only on your legs" but I still think of it as they being scared by the lack of a place to grab and not exactly because of the thought that they are unsafe. At least that's my impression.

Well it's great to know this type of ride CAN feature a double station.

^Not a very usual type of seatbelt. I'm not sure, on Nitro they probably came with the ride and then were considered unnecessary. But with if CF decided to add them after the rides opened I'm sure they have their own reasons and probably it won't be easy to change their minds.

Not sure how easy that would be with the shape of B&M's lapbars. With the buzz bars on older wooden coaster it might me simple but on nitro I wouldn't be do sure.

That signature reminds me of my first US park experience (at Great Adventure) and how I thought (and still do) that it is a lot funnier there that some parks have ride operators either saying this kind of stuff or making jokes and being overall entertaining (even simple stuff like: " Welcome back how was your rideeeee??") while here in Europe I've never seen anything like that. They just seem to do their job and that's it.

If when you look at some handrails you imagine they could be nice coaster sections, sometimes. For instance, in the building where my grandparents live, there is a bit of handrail on each floor that does a sort of steep twisty transition and I thought: That would make a great first drop!
