Personally, i really like the cartoonish look the characters have, and i'm kind of dissapointed that they're improving this. I don't like this much either. I thought the way they were constructed was fine, and that the social meters really helped the game to sucess, and made it feel like a really good simulation game, as did the personality meters. The graphic improvements that i've seen on the screenshots don't impress me much either. They look more detailed then the Sims 2, however the difference is so slight that i probably wouldn't take much notice of it anyway.

^ HUH? That made no sense at all. EDIT: I'm kind of getting sick of the whole "Carnivals aren't safe" thing that everyone keeps saying. How often does this sort of thing happen? Hardly ever. Plus carnival's and fairs are regularly checked by safety inspectors. I would also like to not that it wasn't at a Carnival anyway, as one of the .posts below says. But no-one really would say that they would no longer visit small parks because of this incident. Stop stereotyping carnivals.

Because all flat rides are suddenly going to do this now. BTW, what actually happens? I couldn't work it out from the video, but it kind of looks like the supports collapsed, and then the ride collapsed.

^ Uhhh, who didn't know that cheat? That's the only complaint i have for Sims 2, lag. I love the game, me and my sis have nearly all of the expansion packs. But it lags sooooo much, it sometimes makes the game unplayable.

That was a grand prix to remember... I think there is something wrong with Ferrari this year: Both Ferrari's went out of the race with engine problems, and Sebastian Bourdais (Toro Rosso) had a Ferrari engine, and it failed. Not to mention Sebastian Vettel's Hydraulics problem. I think this year will be much closer then the past few years, which we saw last weekend. I predict big things for BMW this year, as well as Williams returning to the standard they had a few years ago. I also predict that we shall really see who the better drivers in the comp are, now that we don't have traction control.

Watched the whole race yesterday. It was one of the most intereesting grand prix's i've seen for a while, it was exciting all the way to the chequered flag. You just didnt know what was coming next, which was a major plus in my view.
