"X2 now has a dispatch clock in the station." (Top Thrill Dragster) Tatsu's dispatches are actually worse than X2's. They could use a clock there. As for stuffed animals, doesn't SFMM have a service where they send your prize to the front of the park and you can pick it up at Guest Relations? I thought I saw that somewhere. Eric

^ Smack you upside the head for suggesting either one. We know about Carl's Jr. Was there a Carl Sr.? -
^ I agree with PAL's last sentence. Bringing a refillable drink cup would just give me something to have to carry around. When I visit parks, I travel as light as I can. The cup rack is a great idea, but unfortunately, given some of SFMM's clientele, it leaves room for shenanigans. In my opinion, anyone caught messing with the cups ought to be kicked out of the park for good. Nice to see you here, Lance. And thanks for all the good work you do on Screamscape. Eric

If "wumwip" is a word, then "activestest" can be as well. Speaking of wells, why does Timmy keep falling down into one? -
^ Perhaps for the same reason why a reasonably intelligent person like myself has a hard time finding a job to keep a roof over his head. I'm working a temporary job now for less than half of what I normally earn, but it's a job. The economy is one reason, and too many companies here in the U.S. are shipping a lot of jobs overseas because it's cheaper. Cheaper labor means bigger profits. You ought to see how many BMWs, Mercedes', Lexuses, etc. are in our lot. Guess where our products are made? Eric

^ Strangely, I didn't really care much for the Crispy M&Ms. I have tried---and like---the new Pretzel ones, though. Perhaps the very worst kind were the White Chocolate ones. I don't think they were sold as such, but were usually part of a special promotion or something. They were sickeningly sweet---too sweet for my taste. Eric -
Scorpion's Tail - looping water slide
ebl replied to RedSpecial's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If you've ever watched Bert the Conqueror, he had one episode where he rode this. The thing is, it's not really a loop, but more of an inclined helix. Regardless, I'd still ride it. Eric -
I wouldn't count on a Zac Spin. It's too much like X2. One thing to remember about Screamscape...it's a collection of rumors and other theme park gossip submitted by...anyone. Sometimes it's dead-on; other times, pure speculation. Just because it's on Screamscape doesn't automatically make it true, but if it's on Screamscape, it could be a possibility. Easiest way to sum it up a rumor from there---a definite maybe. Eric

^ Not necessarily. Superman remake and Roller Skater in 2011, Project 18 in 2012. Remember, the Roller Skater is already on site and simply has to be reassembled. Easy. Superman just needs the car turned around (if that's what's in fact going on). If so, relatively easy. And they can be doing ground work for Project 18 at the same time, with full construction in mid- to late-2011 for a 2012 opening. Very do-able. Eric

Making fun of them. Why don't they have banana flavored soda? -
Ours cost us about $1800, so, yeah. Do you look at TPR at work/school?
-
I still think the "18" part of "Project 18" refers to SRMM's 18th coaster. Sure, it could be an 18-story tall dive machine. Or a coaster with an 18-car train. Or a track that's 1800 feet long. Or it'll cost $18 million. Nope. 18th coaster. Mr. Six's DanceCoaster (or whatever it'll actually be called) is No. 17. This project is No. 18. Eric

^ My nephew and his wife live in your city, and it would have been nice to go visit them and attend that myself. But I don't have enough money for such a trip right now. Eric

Because their "core" business is computers. Why are fast food places going to 42-oz. large drinks from 44-oz.? -

It can try, but will never be as addictive as Jezzball. How did they come up with the name "Google?" -
26 years ago today, my 1983 Toyota Supra was stolen from the Glendale Galleria. I got it back about two weeks later with 1200 miles added to the odometer, but no other damage. The guys took my bowling ball, too. That same car went on to be stolen two more times. Eric

"Eric - those were all sugar-free, right?" (moinab) Absolutely...not! But in my defense, one serving for me was just two of each kind, for a total of 12 pieces. I can handle that. Eric -

Two words that were formed by nine letters just sitting on a table somewhere, doing absolutely nothing, completely bored... How did McDonald's come to choose The Golden Arches to represent itself?
