As I've only been to good ol' DLR, I'd say Grand Californian, closely followed by the refurbished DLH, then Paradise Pier. If you include Good Neighbor hotels, I'll include the Candy Cane Inn. Right behind Cars Land, with a nice view of the geothermal power station
