  1. Didn't this happen here in California in the last couple of years? Except instead of wildlife it was a dude trying to retrieve his hat? Yeah, it happened on CGA's Top Gun some time ago (and SFMM's Ninja for that matter, too).
  2. Technic Coaster (LEGOLAND California) yesterday night.
  3. Be happy that Disneyland is renovating old rides like Big Thunder and isn't letting them rot away like what SFMM is doing.
  4. The station still looks dumb, albeit a little less ridiculous.
  5. People that avoid saying Christmas and replace it with holiday, winter, etc. I've never seen anyone get offended by Christmas and I've seen a ton of non-Christians celebrating it. It's OK to say Christmas. (Also, I hate it when Santa Claus saids Happy Holidays rather than Merry Christmas.)
  6. Great trip report. I can't wait to check out all of these Christmas decorations at SWSD in a few weeks. Also, I had a double take when I saw the Fry's Foods sign.
  7. If it was up to me, I'd send it to SFMM which could use a family flat ride. Fixed.
  8. El Loco looks amazing. I have a feeling it will be in my top 10 when I ride it in April. Thanks for posting this huge amount of photos.
  9. This alone describes all of SFMM's decisions on everything they do. Well....... it's better than nothing! Sometimes, I prefer nothing.
  10. Plus, the weather isn't that cold in the Bay Area during this time.
  11. Technic Coaster (LEGOLAND California) is the best coaster I rode this month, so far.
  12. Isn't it obvious that the color scheme on concept art won't be exactly the same on the real coaster? Banshee looks really good in both the renderings and the finished product, so I don't mind. EDIT: Banshee looks really nice in the live view right now:
  13. I do enjoy the two accelerators that I've been on, Kingda Ka and Xcelerator, and I don't mind the short length anyways since they are both great rides. At least they are much longer and much more intense than drop towers. I'd rather have short coasters that are great than longer coasters that are OK.
  14. I believe this has been disproven many times before...
  15. Yeah, it's definitely not a Batman clone.
  16. The layout always makes me think of it as a "Super Batman clone" due to its sequence of the first three inversions. It looks like a great coaster.
  17. They could take out the arcade on the first floor for more space for a dark ride. The arcade doesn't get many people in there anyways.
  18. San Diego does have a nice looking skyline: It just would be nicer if it didn't have that 500' height limit.
  19. I would restore the double down on Colossus as the MCBR is painful and takes out so much speed for really no reason, since SFMM only operates two trains at a time.
  20. ^Awwww, I like that subject. Anyways, here's one:
  21. That was back in the days when Disney did some strange and/or weak themes (Dinorama, DCA, WDS, etc.). Though, recently, I have only seen great-looking attractions built at Disney with quality found in no other chain. That is why I choose Disney as the best chain since their quality is unbeatable. There's a reason why they own the most attended parks in the world.
  22. Yeah, Playland Monster was one of my favorites, though, like all good things, it had to end for an attraction (that fits perfectly on its location). Wild Mouse is indeed inspired by that platform. Thanks. Thanks. All of my attractions are custom layout (except for the ones that cannot, obviously.) Not much can be done to Wild Mouse's station since there is track going right above it. I try to not fiddle around with the mine train coaster supports and would rather just keep them in how they look in the game, to stay as true in the game as possible (while still making it look nice). Pacific Flyer's color will be retained throughout its life since I like them. The Fun House is NCSO. I believe it is part of Time Twister. Thanks.
  23. The final helix is the only part of Silver Bullet I can actually feel. The rest of it has forces equivalent to a family coaster.
