Wow, it's going to be hot just like two years ago. I spent about an hour in the air conditioned Sky Tower two years ago to cool off but it doesn't look like that is going to be an option this year. If a group wants to go to an outside bar like BJs I'd totally be down to join in. I just got the 2016 season pass with the free upgrade to gold which includes Hurricane Harbor, so if they let me into Hurricane Harbor after processing it I will probably do that.

I just booked the Good Nite Inn for two nights in Buena Park. I hope it's not too bad. I'll have to drive to Knotts but the room was only $65 a night.

From what I've heard, those B&M Wing Coasters are overated and not that great with the exception of the launched one at Holiday World. I've heard mixed and lukewarm reviews about X Flight. I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the Batman S&S 4D Free Fly at Fiesta Texas. Consider yourselves lucky that you are getting the better ride.

I kind of feel sorry for Six Flags America getting the short end of the stick again. I wish I could donate my home park's Scream to them so they would have something they would apprieciate a lot more than we do, and besides we don't really need it anyways.

Based off all the complaining here, Six Flags America shoud have gotten Total Mayhem and Great Adventure should have Splashwater Falls. Great Adventure did not get the short end of the stick, it got one of the top three announcements among the Six Flags chain. I don't get the whining. I guess its a Jersey thing

Discovery Kingdom wins for best Six Flags addition in 2016, though the New Revolution announcement for Magic Mountain is really cool too. If it is to replace Kong I am all for it and will be the first person to sign that petition.

I am still in awe that Revolution is actually getting restored. They actually listened to us.

Six Flags Great Adventure, sometimes nicknamed "El Toro Park", has El Freakin' Toro, as well as Nitro, Kingda Ka, and Zumanjaro Drop of Doom. If El Toro Park never added another ride again, it would still be a great park and worth visiting because it has these rides. Getting this new 4D Free Fly is just a bonus, so I don't see what all the complaining is about except for maybe the name and logo of the ride (which I agree is dumb) or color of the ride (I'm okay with it). Total Mayhem looks like a great addition to a great park with an already great lineup of rides. I'll gladly trade Green Lantern First Flight for Total Mayhem.

Too bad they are getting rid of the Bizarro theme and colors. I thought it looked cool, and there are so many Superman named coaters already. On another note, Six Flags is adding lot of non-coaster Larson Loops to its parks, and trying to pass them off as coasters. I don't think so.

I'm glad another S&S 4D Free Fly is getting built. It looks like a better version of a ZacSpin. This will be a great addition to the park, even if it has a dumb name.

The worst kept secret thanks to SFDK's accidental Facebook post. Glad Roar is getting RMCed and CA is getting a second RMC. Roar was fun with a great layout and I can't wait to see what RMC does to it. I love the track colors by the way.

Great move for the park. First they reinvent Colossus, now they're restoring Revolution. With this announcement, I feel the park is heading in the right direction again.

Looks cool. I hope they eventually come out with a Mac version so I can play too.

Of the "new for 2015" rides I've ridden so far this year, I'll rank them as follows: 1. Twisted Colossus 2. Fuji Airways 3. Dare Devil Chaos (Non) Coaster Once I ride the Voyage to the Iron Reef at WCB, I'm guessing it will be between Fuji Airways and Dare Devil Chaos (Non) Coaster.

I loved the coaster collection and atmosphere at Hersheypark. I agree that Stormrunner is underrated thanks to Skyrush being at the same park. I actually liked Stormrunner a bit better than Skyrush and thought it was more fun. Was Laff Trakk open when you went?

I total agree with quality over quantity. The only time I will ride a kiddie coaster is if it's at a park I'm already at, and the line is short. And at my local fair I've never ridden the two kiddie credits they have each year because I would feel embarrassed getting spotted by people I know and I don't want to spend the money on a crappy ride. I pick trips based on the destination on the whole, not on how many credits it has. The number #1 reason I went to Japan this year was for Tokyo Disney Sea, which only has two credits. I picked Japan for the overall experience: quality parks, great food, amazing culture, technology, beautiful country to see, and lots of fun. On my free days in Japan I could have credit whored and added to my count (which is under 200), but I chose to sightsee instead and add some variety to my trip. The day that getting credits becomes a chore is the day this hobby isn't fun anymore and I don't want that to happen to me. By the way, I would definitely visit Brasil (especially Rio - which was amazing), but not for coasters lol.

There's always a reason to go back to Japan...but Denny's is not one of them. Absolutely agree! I wish they would of. That sounds pretty good. So true! There were some interesting and "out there" items. I ordered something from their Taste of Asia menu that was "Thai".

I didn't even know about this Lockup Restaurant. I wish the people I was hanging around with that day and I did this instead of Japanese Denny's, which was an experience in its own right.
