  1. Personally, I think the Disk'O is a great addition to the park's flat ride collection. Here at SFOT, we love the two great flats we received last year. Although, I'm still curious as to why no other park is getting a Zamperla Endeavor ride for 2017.
  2. ^ Did you like NTAG? Once you rode it, that is. Also, did you get a chance to ride Riddler Revenge or Catwoman Whip? I ask because these are our two newest rides and I'm always curious as to how visitors like them.
  3. I don't know how many of you have ridden a Zamperla Giant Discovery before. The only two currently existing in the US are Black Widow at Kennywood and Riddler Revenge at SFOT. But I can tell you this, they're absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! And I assume yours will come with the same killer light package that ours did down here in SFOT. Right now Riddler is so popular that I would venture to say it stands along side NTAG as the two best rides we have in our park. Oh, and did I mention that at night Riddler is absolutely breathtaking with it's incredible led light show. There is nothing more brilliant than a nighttime ride on the Riddler. One woman came all the way from Kansas just to ride it during the VIP preview. She told me she had ridden it 36 times and was saddened that she couldn't stay and ride it more. Having ridden maXair ar CP, I already had an idea what to expect. But let me tell you that the Zamperla Giant Discovery beats out the Huss Giant Frisbee. The ride feels faster and more intense, also, the seats and restraints are much more comfortable. To me, Riddler seemed to achieve more sheer height and weightless feeling than maXair. So, it's fair to say that you really have something to look forward too.
  4. I suppose I could say the same about SFOT. In fairness, I must applaud the efforts of Steve Martindale and SFOT Management. They always make sure that our park receives something respectable each year. If it was a Star Flyer, then it would be the 400ft version. If it was flats, then we would get the best flats money could buy. We are still the only SF park to have received a Zamperla Endeavor ride. And ours has twice the seating capacity of the one at Coney. Say what you will about our forth coming S&S 4d Free Fly. At least it's not a Larson Loop or used bumper cars. Hopefully, SFSTL management is planning for something big in the future. Who knows, maybe that RMC T-Rex Giga is on the horizon.
  5. Interesting that no new Endeavor's were announced for next year. So far, only SFOT has one.
  6. ^^^That isn't necessarily what the final color scheme will look like.
  7. Those Justice Leagues don't come cheep... some will argue that they are saving production cost money (mostly by splitting the bill over so many clones) by building so many, but those motion base vehicles they are using come with a pretty hefty price tag. While I don't have an exact price tag, I'd venture that the Justice League attractions cost about as much (if not more) than a decent size coaster and likely cost more than the S&S Free Spins they have been building. Here at SFOT, we got our Justice League ride the same year as SFSTL. But that didn't stop us from getting a 4D Free Fly, so that can't be it.
  8. ^ Your in the majority. Our Gotham City section will be second to none. I really like the way Joker is positioned right next door to Riddler. It gives that section of the park a unique look and feel.
  9. Yeah, SFFT already has one of these. But personally, I much prefer the Joker theme over Batman.
  10. I find it interesting that we are still the only SF park with a Zamperla Endeavor ride. Although two other parks, La Ronde and SFDK, got Zamperla Discoveries. No other park received an Endeavor for next year.
  11. Wow!! Did they turn off the language filter?
  12. Yep, now guests can Discover your Discovery, and enter the park with their Discover card.
  13. The loop and barrel roll are in all the Justice League rides.
  14. Well, it has to go somewhere. And I don't think a Joker themed Free Spin would work too well sitting next to Titan. Anyway, we sent Flashback to SFSTL. So, this must be our replacement coaster.
  15. Aw shucks!! Does this mean we aren't getting a Larson Loop or Disk'O?!!! Wow, those teaser's sure were misleading. Too bad! I really was hoping for that flat ride package.
  16. So far, SFOT is the only SF park to have gotten an Endeavor ride. It looks like none of the other parks are getting one this year. Strange! Although, two other parks, SFDK an La Ronde are getting Giant Discoveries.
  17. The first pic looks to be the 400' version like the ones at SFOT and SFNE. The other pics all look to be the standard Fun Time Star Flyers. Also, that video appears to be showing the Texas Sky Screamer at SFOT.
  18. Awesome!!! So, two new Zamperla Giant Discoveries at SF parks this year. Great addition!!!!
  19. Wow!!! Looks like three parks are getting Justice League rides this year. SFGAdv, SFOG and SFMM.
  20. Congratulations to SFNE on your new addition!!! Sure to be a hit!!!
  21. Looks like SFDK is getting the second Zamperla Giant Discovery to be installed in the SF chain. Having ridden Riddler Revenge at SFOT, I can tell you they're amazing. And easily the best flat ride currently available!!! Congratulations!!!
