^It's a flat ride, not a coaster. Most flats can be put up in a relatively short amount of time. A Larson Loop, for example, can be up and ready to roll in a day or two. I wonder if they've started putting up Catwoman yet?

Those photo's certainly show the difference. Although, I'm wondering why KD went with a Mondial instead of a Huss.

MaXair is a HUSS model. Delirium at Kinhs Dominion is Mondial. Yes, I know Delirium is a Mondial. I have ridden maXair on my trips to CP and initially thought it was a HUSS. But when I saw YouTube video of Delirium, I noticed the two looked virtually identical. This led me to believe maXair might be a Mondial also. Which is why I'm glad we're getting a Zamperla.

MaXair is a Huss, CW and RR are both Zamperla.

Actually, 2 pretty nice additions. Don't forget, Catwoman's Whip is also being built.

Well.... A 400ft Sky Screamer makes everything seem small. Looks to be just like the one at Kennywood.

The Zamperla Giant Discovery and Giant Endeavor rides that are currently under construction at SFOT are probably the best flats available. For anyone who's ridden Black Widow at Kennywood or seen it, you probably know what is in store for SFOT patrons this summer.

Just came from the park. Let me start by saying I like the new virtual reality Shockwave. This adds a whole new dimension to the ride and it works way better than I imagined. I also took a few photos of the construction going on behind Sky Screamer. I managed to ride once before it closed Meanwhile construction continues on Riddler Revenge. These, I assume, are Catwoman parts More Catwoman parts? Harley Quinn looking good They've added covers over the Justice League queue!!! Cyborg is sporting two black arm bands and his belt light still doesn't work.

I mean, I'm no expert at this, but I bet it's going to look very similar to this: To me there is no real mystery around what a Larson Loop is going to look like. It's a big circle. That's all. It's time to find your place on the path unwinding. In the circle, the circle of life.....

^Yes, it's a Zamperla Giant Discovery. In fact, Black Widow is the one shown in the promo.

Yeah, I've ridden the SFFT Frisbee. I rode it the same day I first rode Iron Rattler about 2 years ago. It's like a watered-down version of maXair at CP, which I've also ridden. Fun, but not absolutely thrilling like maXair. Our new Riddler Revenge will be a state-of-the-art Zamperla Giant Discovery like Black Widow at Kennywood. RR will be like maXair on steroids. To me, Hurricane Force 5 looks like it will be a good replacement for Frisbee.

they pulled out two rides (tho the ship hasn't been working for seasons), to put in 3. so yeah. . not very much of a gain, but it will be nice to have a few more things to do on the boardwalk. really gonna miss Frisbee tho. .I loved that ride Come up to SFOT and ride Riddler Revenge anytime.

Well.. We can't really expect SF to measure up to Disney as far as shows go.

There's an upcharge for certain attractions like Santa's Workshop. Here at SFOT, we've been having HITP since the mid 80's and they're always lots of fun. Go over to the SFOT thread and check out some of my photots from HITP back in Dec. Usally, here at SFOT, all our rides are open during HITP except Batman and Mr Freeze. But the Christmas decorations throughout the park alone are worth coming for. Check out my photots to get an idea what I'm talking about. Also, the Christmas shows at the Southern Palace are outstanding. They put you in a real holiday spirit.

I'll take a wild guess; SFOT is removing La Vibora and sending it to SFSTL in order to make room for our new Intamin Giga coaster to be called Intimidating Fury 350. Well..... that's my guess.
