Falling off the Empire State Building What's worse than a family coaster you can't ride on unless you have a kid with you?

Being chased by a swarm of a mutant killer bees the size of minivans! What's worse than seeing that your favorite ride has been closed and/or removed from your home park?

Since I haven't ridden anything by either company I'm going to have to with Togo! (Tony Hawk's) Big Spin or Pandemonium?

1. Darien Lake's Motocoaster no longer has the Orange County Choppers branding it's now just called "Motocoaster" 2. Percy's Raiway at Six Flags: Magic Mountain was called Goliath Jr. and it now called "Magic Flyer" due to Six Flags dumping Thomas the Tank Engine 3. Tony Hawk's Big Spin at SFDK, SFSTL, SFFT, and SFOT are all now called "Pandemonium" 4. Martin's Fantasy Island's ride list need to updated: Nitro and Patriot are now closed and Disk'O is called "Mega Disk'O"

The admission price is $24.95 as for ride suggestion besides Silver Comet, I suggest riding Mind Warp (new for 2011!), Mega Disk'O, Flight, Devil's Hole, and Crazy Mouse.

If they really did that they would just move 'Cuda Falls over to the SplashTown side of water park instead of getting rid of it!

The Predator at Darien Lake is a real pain

Darien Lake . repaint the mural on the Galaxy Theathre . Pour concrete over the end pool of Floodgate Falls and make it a paito with lounge chairs . Rocky Mountain The Predator and add a photo spot . Repiant the Ride of Steel and Mind Eraser . Turn the boat in Adventure Isle into a playground . Add LED lighting to the Giant Wheel . Sell the Batman tracks for scrap . Expand Adventure Isle to include the Tiny Trio and a Zamperla Rockin' Tug ride . Make Viper's look like a snake . Remove Grand Prix Speedway and move the Motocoaster there Martin's Fantasy Island . Add a Vekoma Boomerang coaster . Expand the water park with a new 4 slide complex and a half pipe slide . Remove the mini golf course and put in a kiddie coaster . Put a Zamperla Hawk ride in where Starship 2000 stood . Remove Crazy Mouse and replace it with a Gerstlauer spinning coaster

Darien Lake's Rodeo Round-Up is now know as Corn Popper Also the "new" Giant Wheel sign And the "new" train for The Predator

Darien Lake had plans to expand their water park in 1999, but it never happened and speaking of cancelled plans for Darien Lake SplashTown was originally going to be called "Pirates Cove" with a Lazy River Attraction, a FlowRider surfboard ride and a 50-foot-high Mach 6 water slide. The only thing that was built for 2010 SplashTown expansion was the lazy river that was originally planned, the surfboard ride and 50-foot Mach 6 water slide were scrapped, and the Swirl City slides was built instead of said slide and also there were rumors that they were going get rid of the Grizzly Run rapids ride and build the Batman coaster there.

Speaking of The Predator maybe in 2012 Darien Lake would bring back the monster mascot from the early years of The Predator.

Also among the other company logos other than Kodak are Pepsi (now they serve Coke), 7Up, Perry's Ice Cream, MAC, Huggies (sponsored the baby change area ), Bud Light (sponser the laser light show), Skittles, Mayer Bros., and Dr. Pepper. The removal of Sea Ray, Sizzler, Nitro, and Patriot at Martin's Fantasy Island and also the removal of Nightmare at Phantom Cave at Darien Lake, just to make the building a show house like their Wegmans Grand Theater; I mean why couldn't Darien Lake just bulid a new show house in 1999 instead of removing Nightmare at Phantom and recycling the building for it?

Here's another Darien Lake park map this time from 1996, as you can see they had more water slides in Barracuda Bay, than just 'Cuda Falls and also Cascade Canyon was still there, Adventure Land for Kids is now the part of SplashTown with Crocodile Isle wave pool, Big Kahuna, and Tornado, the mini golf coruse had been moved to an area under the Viper, the old min golf course is now then new kiddie land, Grizzly Run and The Predator are present on the map as well as the then new Hook's Lagoon, Skycoaster, and 'Cuda Falls, the performing arts center is present on the map, also they still had a few picnic areas in the park, and Nightmare at Phantom Cave is on the map.

Here are some new ride/attraction ideas for Darien Lake in 2012 . a custom layout Gerstlauer spinning coaster (not a clone like (Tony Hawk's) Big Spin/Pandemonium at Six Flags parks) . an Intiman drop tower (maybe Kennywood would sell Pit Fall to Darien Lake) . a Zamperla Rockin' Tug ride (ideal for Adventure Isle) . a 3D cinema like the one they had (see photo below) As a bonus i've included a picture of the old 3D cinema that was located where Scrambler is now

Local fun fairs and carnivals always seem to look bad to me with outdated and rickety rides, crappy food, rigged games with bootleg stuffed animals, and the ugliest looking workers with bad teeth!

Here's picture circa 1990 from Darien Lake's Barracuda Bay with Rainbow Mountain, Floodgate Falls, Cascade Canyon, and Thunder Rapids. The blue buding in front of Rainbow Mountain across from Silver Bullet and Haymaker is still there. And here's picture of the blue building from 2009, the only changed was the Barracuda Bay sign.

Mine is Martin's Fantasy Island (Grand Island, NY), it may not be like Darien Lake, but There's only ride that's worth riding at MFI and that's Silver Comet! Other than Silver Comet, Mega Disk'O, and Mind Warp all the other rides are just lame, even Crazy Mouse and Full Tilt are lame, and the Devil's Hole is nothing but a recolored/themed verison of Starship 2000, and also they've put NOTHING in where Starship 2000 stood! Anyways it's still my favorite small park.

Well I rode Chaos 7 times in one visit!

Darien Lake used have an indoor roller coaster called "Nightmare at Phantom Cave" that was in the dark and the building that house the coaster is now a show theatre.
