If it's a hot day which is the norm for Texas, I might grey out a little on the helix before the mid brakes on Titan.

I was lucky living in Houston, I got to ride the one at Astroworld multiple times before they destroyed it for Texas Tornado. I always remember it having a line too, people loved that ride here. I also got to ride the one at SFOT a couple of times. I enjoyed the one at Astroworld better. It was actually my dad's favorite ride at the park, he would marathon it.

I'm excited for the extended hours and night show coming to AK. I just have a hard time with getting excited over Avatar land. I'm sure it will look amazing and I'll want to visit when it's done.

Great photos. The theming looks top notch at Disney Hong Kong. Everything still looks new. One of these days I will get to this park. I just need to do a around the world Disney parks tour.

If this is the real price, makes you wonder why more parks have not built Dive machines. They really are fun coasters to me. I take a Sheikra over a Gatekeeper any day.

Awesome TR. I've seen that Ninja Turtle flat ride before in another TR and it looks like a lot of fun. One of these days I will make it out to this park. Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you from the Airport to the mall using the train?

I kind of want to skydive off that crane. Anyways, YAY on finishing the tower. I was just thinking about all the stories/rumors the GP will spread about this ride. Oh its going to be great.

Just curious, what would you lead you to believe its underrated?

Its amazing how many times I've seen people confuse this Twister with the one at Knoebels. Twister at Grona Lund looks like a lot of fun and love how it interacts with the other rides.

Looks like HOS was great again last year. Ugh, looking at all these photos just makes me wish it was Halloween time again. Just curious, what filter setting are you using on some of the photos?

What about x2, Tatsu and Full Throttle. Yeah SFMM to me has the better line up. That's coming from a SFOT fan. My thoughts on operations at SFOT or the lack there of. It really comes down to management. I believe they changed out management at the park about 2 years ago and since I've seen customer service and operations fall. I used to rank SFOT as a top park on my list. Just look at SFFT just a few hrs away with its great management staff. It's almost like the parks have swapped because it was only in the last few years that I notice SFFT operations getting better. I feel the park could benefit big just from replacing the management team because the park has the potential to be great again like before.

New year bump

I usually get on Facebook and Vine almost everyday. I tend to froget about Twitter so I get on it rarely. YouTube, I like to get on every couple days and end up watching like 20 videos.

Yes, it's the same. You have to remember, though, that 90% of the people who visit WDW have either never been here before or haven't been in many years. They aren't mostly locals like they are in SoCal who would even notice that the park at the end that is shown for 10 seconds is Disneyland. Wow! Now that's what I call a clone! A film would be easy to change or modify in the future if they wanted to make it into Soarin' Over America (FL probably doesn't have enough different topography zones or climates to warrant a Soarin' Over Florida) or Soarin' Over the World since its in the World Showcase. At least what they could do is change the Disney park at the end to the WDW Resort. I just find it funny that the California Disneyland with the smaller castle is featured at the end in FL also, but I guess only those who pay attention to the details or have been to both the FL and CA parks would catch that. ^ There are rumors that Disney is going upgrade and update Soarin's video. I think Soarin' over the world would be great.

^^ Depends on when you go but if you go on the right day, you can do almost everything at both parks in one day. Especially if you get the Express Pass. I also recommend MIB and the Simpsons ride is not bad either.

Looks like lots of dancing and explosions. EPCOT knows how to throw a New Year's Party.

I have the music from EPCOT on my iPod and have listen to it multiple times. That is not the same music as the music from Soarin'. They play this in the queue, not on the ride itself. The last time I rode it, they were playing the theme music in the queue line. Disney would not go buy a song from Universal. They make all of the music for the rides at their parks. Soarin' Theme Music < The theme song for Soarin' may have similarities to the Apollo 13 sound but it's all Disney.
