  1. ^Hey F1shy just because we're in middle school, doesn't mean we are not capable of having a realtionship with girls. You have to at least give us a chance! ---Brent 8)
  2. I think a ride that was a mistake to build is/was Windjammer @ KBF. That ride was just a complete waste of space and money. All it did was hurt you and it stole your money (my dad's wallet fell out)! ---Brent 8)
  3. I really don't think that the park is any worse or better without California Screamin. I've always loved the park with ToT, GRR, and Soarin at least. My friends and I always enjoy our visits to that park, but the thing is, we just don't spend as much time as we used to. California Screamin does leave a pretty big hole in Paradise Pier, and the whole entire park. But hey, since Screamin is closed and people don't want to go to the park as much as they used to, that means shorter lines for every other ride! ---Brent 8)
  4. Wow Benzo, that sucks! My whole family is praying for you! ---Brent
  5. I wake up, I get ready for school, then I hop on the computer and get as many posts I can at about 6:50 in the morning. When I get home, I go to cross-country, I come home, I eat, then I hop on the internet and log on. THIS SITE RULES! ---Brent 8)
  6. I'm single and straight, but the thing is, I'm freakin 11! Unless some girl whos 11 or 12 and lives in Socal comes to this site, I'm basically no part of this! ---Brent 8)
  7. ^LOL! I haven't seen such a funny picture since the Girls Gone Wild! ---Brent 8) Those are evil grandkids!
  8. ^Is very hungry VSleepwalks and sleeptalks ---Brent 8)
  9. Hey Robb and Elissa- Is the final RSVP day this Staurday? I really hope it is because my dad has decided not to tell me if we're going or not until Saturday, so I hope it's not to late. Brent "hoping I can get there" Shenton 8)
  10. Great pics! Looks like Superman is going to be a good ride. I wish I could ride it when it opens though. ---Brent 8) 600th POST! YAY!
  11. This ride looks like fun! It's like a powered Chance Rock-N-Roll right? Anyways, I really need to get out to Knobel's for some wood coaster and flyer goodness. ---Brent 8)
  12. Wettest-I haven't been on that many, but probably GRR @ DCA Tallest-Probably Splash Mountain @ DL (I have yet to try PP) Park with most-I have no clue ---Brent 8)
  13. I've seen a video of this somewhere, I just can't quite remeber. I think I found the link on one of Screamscape's older News & Rumors. ---Brent 8)
  14. The best themed park that I've been to is probably Disneyland. The best themed park that I haven't been to is probably DisneySea or IOA. ---Brent 8)
  15. That looks really cool! The detail on it is amazing. I agree with Eric, I would only buy it if I worked in a big office and made lots of money. ---Brent 8)
  16. ^That has happend to me before, but it was on a day that was completly empty. I got a Fastpass for Indy at 9:15 and we ended up using the Fastpass at 9:15 PM. ---Brent 8)
  17. Hey everybody! Today I went to DLR with a couple of my friends to celebrate the day off of school. We had a great day with many fun rides and experiences today. Now for the TR. We arrived at the park, via drop-off area. We got inside and it wasn't too crowded. I could spin around with my hands out and not wack into some couple on a date! So we headed straight for Space Mountain. Now, for us season pass holders, or regulars to DLR, we always head for Space first. Twenty minutes long, let's do it. One of my friends takes our passes and gets Fastpasses for 10:15. She came back and joined us. We got first, second, and third rows, I sat in second with my best friend. I love Space Mountain now. Even though I'm still pretty mad after closing the ride for two years, it is an awesome ride. Next, we headed over to Buzz and waited 15 minutes for it. I got Level 4 which is kind of a low score for me, but that's ok. After Buzz, we still had like 20 minutes to waste, so we headed over to Starcade which I already had four dollars in tokens due to a previous visit (actually, that visit was in May). I played a game of DDR, gave four tokens to some of my friends so they coud play DDR, gave one token to my friend so he could played Galaga, and I went and played Jurrasic Park and Tokyo Wars. It was time for our Fastpasses, so we headed over to the entrance of Space Mountain. We got off Space Mountain, and walked over to Big Thunder. We didn't want to wait that long (25 minutes, I know, we're wusses, but we were REALLY hungry), so we got Fastpasses and headed over to Rancho De Zocalo for lunch. I had two huge tacos, mexican rice, tortilla chips, and refried beans. It filled me up really quick. We still had like 30 minutes till our Fastpasses, so we headed over to Tom Sawyer's Island to play sardines. It is a DLR tradition for my family to play sardines on Tom Sawyer's Island. So we wasted like an hour on Tom Sawyer's, and we only had five minutes left on our Fastpasses. When we got to the Fastpass entrance of Big Thunder, we had thirty seconds left to get in. The lady kindly let us in, so we were relieved. When we were in line, I saw my friend sitting in the back of one of the trains. I said to my group, "Hey guys, isn't that Ally?" as I pointed up. And they all agreed and we caught up to her because her train ended up coming into our station. We told her to wait for us, so we went on Big Thunder, and got off to meet up with them. By now, it was like 90 degrees outside, and the line for Splash Mountain was too long, so we headed over to DCA. We thought that GRR was gonna have a really long line, but when we got there, it was twenty minutes. Our group had now grown to eight people, Aubree, Chelsea, Brandon, Katy, Ally, Alexa, Jesse and me. We could fill up our own raft! Yay! We got off GRR, wet and satisfied, but the line was so tempting, we just walked right back on. We went on it again, not getting as wet as we did before, but still pretty mild. We had 45 minutes left before we had to leave the park, so we ran over to ToT and got one last ride. Sadly, we had to split, so we sadly left three of our friends, and got out of the park. All in all, it was a pretty good day for only being there for like six hours on a Labor Day. ---Brent 8)
  18. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad @ DLR today. Great ride, even though my friend sitting next to me was screaming like she was loosing her voice (kinda like the, "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHoooooAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"). ---Brent 8)
  19. 1. X @ SFMM 2. Goliath @ SFMM 3. Xcelerator @ KBF 4. Riddler's Revenge @ SFMM 5. Ghostrider @ KBF 6. Riptide @ KBF 7. Tower of Terror @ DCA 8. Space Mountain @ DL 9. Revolution @ SFMM 10. Scream! @ SFMM ---Brent 8)
  20. The coasters I've gotten scared on are Montezuma's Revenge, Xcelerator, X, and Goliath I was like seven when we last had our Knott's passes. I HATED roller coasters when I was that old. Every time I tried to go on Montezuma's Revenge, I would end up bawling my eyes out and walking through the train. One day, i actually gathered up enough courage to actually step into the train and sit down. As we waited for the ride to start, I was sitting there holding onto my lap bar. Then I heard the words, "Clear! Dispatch!" and we were outa there. When I got off, I started my career as a coaster enthusiast. When I was at SFMM for the second time in my life, all of the new rides were there. The first order of the day was X. We ran to X, and still ended up waiting FOUR hours for the ride due to one train operations. When we got on the ride and were heading out the station, I started to get freakin scared. Going up the lift felt like infinity and I was about to pee in my pants. When we finally went down the drop, I was screaming and having a great time. Xcelerator was not as tough for me. I was freaking screaming before the launch and when we got off, I was laughing and I automatically put it as numer two (now number three on my list). This was the ride I was the most freaked out about. Goliath loomed above all of the other rides in the park besides Superman. When I finally had my butt down in the seat and we were moving around the turn, I was so scared, I couldn't speak. When we went down the drop, my mouth was doing the funky jiggle. When I got off, I was praising SFMM for putting it in the park. Well, yeah, so um, those are the coasters I've been scared of. ---Brent 8)
  21. I love SFMM! It's my favorite park I've been to! The coasters are awesome, I've never had a bad op, and the employees are nice. Some of the rides could use a little touch up (*COUGH* Viper *COUGH*), but that never effects my expierence at the park. I don't know why people hate SFMM, and the whole SF chain, so much. ---Brent 8)
  22. I've heard many great things about MA. ST sounds like an awesome woody. I wish I could get out to other parks around the States, but my major problem is money. Brent "I think I'm gonna start raising money for some US trip" Shenton 8)
  23. Racer for Alton and Twister for Thrope. Both of them hould be made by CCI. I don't think it really matters what kind of wooden coaster they get, as long as they get a good one. ---Brent 8)
  24. I think this is a good idea. After HKDL opens, the Chinese will have another Disney park that they can look forward to. With over a billion people in China, I think they deserve another Disney, as we here in the US have six parks from the Disney company. ---Brent 8)
  25. Great pics! Looks like Fuji-Q is a fun park! Did you go on the suspended hamster coaster? After looking at Robb and Elissa's update at the park, seem like you had a way better day there. ---Brent 8)
