RRollergod replied to RRollergod's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Update: 6/2 Really in todays update is just a quick little addition to the station. There is also two more videos! So on to the pictures of Atlas! Here is the startion with a new roof. Now for the new video! http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a176/RRollergod/Atlas/?action=view¤t=DSCN2486.flv To end this update I leave you with Atlas vs. Yeti Ball! And another vid... http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a176/RRollergod/Atlas/?action=view¤t=DSCN2489.flv *~RRollergod~* -
Some of you are familiar with the famous Coaster Dynamix system. Known for their Scorpion. Well I am a proud owner of one and after three months of my scorpion sitting around I decided to make this. Atlas is a cheap yet fun layout to make and watch. Usually people really kit-bash these and make RC launches but me being impatient and low on money made a rubber band launch! Pics follow and also there is a video. While I have the layout and track done, I am creating a generic station that I can use for many models. So here are the pics! And now a video! http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a176/RRollergod/Atlas/?action=view¤t=DSCN2466.flv *~RRollergod~*

I had the same thing happen to me at Animal Kingdom @ WDW. I was in line for EE, and it was about 3:00PM. It was very hot and very busy in Asia. It was so busy they had all the switchbacks out on the midway. So as most of you know right before you enter the main que there is two cast members checking for FPs and answering questions. So I am right about to enter the main line, and two adults around the age of 30 walk pass all the switchbacks and enter right by me. So I politely say "The beginning of the line is back there*points to end of line*". As a result they say to themselves loudly as if I wouldn't hear... "Don't listen to some 2 year old honey!" Now being who I am I would have said something, but I didn't and tried to stay away from it. What surprised me is the CMs that have been there for a long time (I have ridden EE 50 times all the CMs know me and I know them) did nothing! I should have sent a letter to Disney but forgot the subject when I returned home and remembered it now. To late I guess.

Favorite ride queue lines

Best: Expedition Everest @ WDW Worst: American Eagle @ SFGAm (Way to long) -
Even Deja Vu?

Nice TR. I was there on the 19th also and had a lot of fun. Have you noticed the incredible force the trims put on the train on Ragin' Bull?
-
Well the other day I went to SFGAm with a friend and with a cell camera in hand I was set for a good day. We purchased our tickets through Coasters for a Cause so we got in early. Here is our ride count, and with minimal lines I think it isn't that bad. Ragin' Bull:2 Trims were on full force today Superman: Ultimate Flight:1 B:TR: 1 (2 freakin' hour wait!) v2:0 (3 hour freakin' wait with breakdowns...!) Wizzer:0 (Didn't feel like it today) Demon:1 American Eagle(Blue): 1 (Roughest ride ever!) Viper: 1 Iron Wolf:0 (I like my dolphin thank you) Deja Vu: Take a wild guess... Thats it really. So we got at the park around 9AM and since we have CfaC tickets we got in early. Now let me take a moment to say something about their crappy security... 1. Metal detector off. 2. Never checked my friends (Acer pack) 3. These guys were not even real cops. Anyway once we were in we went straight to Ragin' Bull for two rides, which were walk-ons. Is it a boy or a girl? After that we back-tracked to S:UF because we knew there will be long lines. Then we continued to Demon which was very painful around the corkscrews. Nomed? Then we headed to American Eagle that ended up being very painful. But fun, why? Well the ride op in the station can impersonate Arnold S. and for some odd reason halfway up the blue sides lift we slowed down to a crawl and some douche bags screamed "OMFG WE R GOIN' BACKWARDZ!!!". Random Shot... After that we were going to go on V2 but the 3 hour line scared us so we backed off. Luckily we did because a little later we found out that the ride broke down a couple times when we waited in line for 2 hours for B:TR. Which resulted in this following pic... Gotham City, powered by naked men. After that we met up with my dad and backtracked through the park to find Wiggles World! Doesn't this make you happy. Parents worst nightmare... Water play-ground I never knew there was a black Wiggle??? Then we ended our day at the best gift shop ever! Larry The Cable Guy action figures! (I got one!) Jeff Foxworthy ^And Soren? Here is some more random items... I knew Stevie would take over... Oh darn I guess I can not get a Bubba key chain! A harmless alcohol glass? I think not! I can tell Derek is so jealous now! Now before I put this to a close I need to ask one thing. Is the following statue a male or female figure? YOU DECIDE! Well I had a fun time and I hope you enjoyed my Photo Trip Report! *~RRollergod~*

How has the employees acting there? Are they as bad as if they were from SFMM? Also, do I see missing wheel covers on B:TR?
