The outside of the Ski Dubai building looks like something out of Star Wars. Looks like a great day in the desert, but remember this ancient proverb: "Beware of the woman who balances a sword on her head and her breasts."
What I like about the "new" ToT in California is that there will be unique versions of the ride at different parks:
1. WDW--classic original
2. DCA--Guardians
3. Paris--"cartoonier" version
4. TDS--Shiriki
Yeah, I don't see any reason for allowing this thread to continue.
And I would like to remind some of our members to leave the moderating to the moderators. Thank you.
This part of the world is a big travel blind spot for me, but I wouldn't mind visiting "Arab Las Vegas" some day (although I've little desire to see the "Holy Land"). I was following along on Facebook and Twitter, and it all looked great!
They were working this past Tuesday and yesterday. There are now pink survey flags on the outer edge of the service road where the first turn after the drop used to be.
Why are they transforming Hurler then instead of building a ground up RMC? It seems like they are vastly expanding the layout.
Please don't do this, you are getting an RMC. It is going to be great either way.
Yep--you're getting what could turn out to be another world-class coaster at Kings Dominion--or at least a damn good coaster in exchange for a damn bad one. Works for me.
But what if we were expecting a brew pub and hot wings?
The ride looks like a lot of fun, and "what's in the shed" does beat sitting on an empty brake run while waiting for the next train to load up and move.
Are we really debating the logistics of planting a tree at Busch Gardens?
It's official - We have run out of things to discuss on the internet.
We now interrupt this thread for a video of a cat being a jerk.
Thank you. We now return you to the BGW thread, which is already in progress.
