8 Days, 90 Roller Coasters!
cfc replied to Brassinthegrass's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Look here: http://www.beeradvocate.com/place/city/77/. Asheville is becoming quite a center of beer brewing in North Carolina. Sierra Nevada has a brewery in the area, too. -

^Excuse me--you said "wave of drunks." That being said, I really think you're exaggerating. I have yet to encounter even a "wave of drunks" at BGW, even during Food & Wine, when alcohol is even more available. You want to see a real "wave of drunks"? Go to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. -

The integration with the building and the view are the ride's most interesting elements. -

This. Me and my girlfriend agreed that this was one of the best parts about this park. (We both couldn't comment on that before cause we had both hadn't been to the park since middle school) Enjoying some cold beers while on the queue makes the line go way faster. Unfortunately, this also contributes to a wave of drunks staggering around the park at about 6 PM daily. During my numerous visits over the years, I've found security at the park to be quite lax. Excuse me, but I have yet to experience roaming herds of drunks at the park after 6:00 pm, and I've been living in Williamsburg since the 1980s. I find your claim to be, at best, an exaggeration. -

Seems like a cheap way to take a shot at other coasters that some people may like. Nope. Merely expressing my opinion that Thunder Dolphin is better than both of these rides--particularly when it comes to the view. As for your opinion, it has been duly noted and logged. -

Thunder Dolphin isn't one of Intamin's better rides, but it does have one hell of a view, and it still beats the crap out of Intimidator at Carowinds or Gatekeeper at Cedar Point. -

Buddy, why can't you just let us want the park to open T3? There's no need to ban anybody for trying to state their opinion on the opinion you made, even if you think it's harsh. Similar to what Coastercard said... T3 is going to help the park exceed and if we want them to succeed and open the ride and you don't then get over it! Not only that, but I'm sorry, but some of us can't go around to many place's every year and I don't want to have to wait until 2016 to ride a rollercoaster with inversions! Is that wrong? No. Also I never got a T2 credit so I want a T3 credit... Plus I also want to see how much smoother it rides, and I hate walking in that back area of the amusement park because all you have in there now is the Raging Rapids, a closed of section where you get to the ampitheatre, and a closed rollercoaster. I'm not trying to be harsh even though I am but if you don't like people being harsh to you than please, GET OVER IT. Dude, you're not helping your case here at all. Larry expressed his original opinion respectfully, but prozach626 responded rudely. You would be well advised to take your own advice and "GET OVER IT." -

Nope. While this isn't true in the case of Miller, the beer selection at BGW has improved since AB InBev sold off the parks. -

I love it when parks go the extra mile with their theming. It looks like Efteling has done a fine job. -

I always wondered how those Dipping Dots people got all their information! "Your assignment is to wear this paper hat and dispense this new 'ice-cream' like product at a theme park frequented by SPECTRE agents. And do be careful with the equipment, 007!" -

The demolition of Drachen Fire did make Anaconda the worst coaster in Virginia. -
