  1. I still don't understand the popularity of that ride however you are correct it is definitely going to do wonders for capacity. If I go back after the ride re opens I may re ride it as I would like to see what a difference the new projectors make. Soarin' appeals to those who aren't into coasters and big flat rides, but still want a mild thrill. It particularly appeals to senior citizens (my parents loved it at DCA) and kids. I like it, myself, because it's a very relaxing ride; but I wouldn't wait for hours in line to ride it.
  2. One or 2 4D rides I can deal with at Disney but Universal had way to many for my liking. Agreed.
  3. I had no idea that they'd re-themed Cyclone. It does look much better with the Hot Wheels stuff.
  4. Fahrenheit 451
  5. YOLOcoaster is a lot of fun. Twisted Colossus is very good even when it doesn't duel--and amazing when it does. Thanks for the photos.
  6. Definitely. Either bring back the Peoplemover somehow or get rid of the eyesore that is the old track. And move Astro Orbiter out of the entrance. This too.
  7. I caught The Revenant today, and while I think it's a very well made movie, it's more an endurance test than "entertainment."
  8. What impresses me the most about what Phantasialand is doing to that they're building both a major thrill machine and family coaster for 2016. Very nice move.
  9. Well, I guess it's a better name than "Derron Brown's Immersive 4D Experience."
  10. Hardywood (Richmond, Va.) Singel--it's a very nice Belgian style ale.

  12. I refuse to vote in any poll that uses "there" when it means "they're."
  13. ^The Hammerhead figure looks great, as does the battle scene.
  14. ^Good read. I didn't realize that the inspiration behind Disney Springs was a Florida small town from the early 20th century.
  15. Definitely. Either bring back the Peoplemover somehow or get rid of the eyesore that is the old track.

  17. It's always fun to listen to Jack Hanna. I've caught him in Williamsburg a few times, and his visits are very popular here, too.
