AAACk .. that is so god freaking nasty..., thanx for ruining my day! seriously, just ewwwwwwww. i saw one pic and i closed my browser. well i guess this and that other injury that happend today kinda cross cancel (it was a funny injury) might as well tell it well, now there is this boy, we'll call him jake, he was playing soccer at PE and a whole bunch of girls are there, so he kicks into "show-off mode" so the ball gets kicked into the air and he tries to bicycle kick it (where you basically kick a ball over your head by jumping into the air , kicking the ball, then falling onto your back)... well, first of all he misses the ball (strike 1) but THEN he lands on his arm, braking it pretty damn badly, before curling into a ball and crying like a little girl infornt of all those chicks he was trying to impress... good times, good times
  4. uhh at the top of any loop take on your stomach... imagine this rollercoaster was a flying coaster at the top, you would be on your back, (well techincally the g-forces would still be on your chest, but you are still facing the sky with your back to the ground) heck you can be on your back any given time, take air as an example pics from RollerCoaster DataBase
  5. oh shizzle i'm becoming the person i just described two posts ago... who cares? it looks as if this coaster will have a drop right out of the station. in the first pic of the downward sloping track it goes from a high spine to a lower spine. or a station peice to a regular peice. correct me if i'm wrong though. EDIT: ok, i AM the person i described 2 posts ago... deal with it. pic 2 analyisis: if i'm seeing this right, the track doesnt turn to the left or to the right, it stays in a straight path. you could take this on your back or in the flying position. my vote is on your back, it just seems to tight of a track to be taken on your belly. if you are infact on yourback, it cannot be on the ground, but high above it. so it's high over the ground and you're on your back. the top of an on your belly inversion perhaps? (it cant be a overbank because it does not curve left or right) so that leaves me with about four inversions, immelman, dive, inclined and vertical. then i looked at where the support connects with the track, it is at an angle. what does all that mean? either i am reading WAY to hard into this... or we will bee seing a inclined loop. and that makes sense, none of the loops mentioned even have supports on the upper half, except the inclined, the angle at which the support is connected is also the same as an inclined, and take into consideration that it lets you make a wider loop with less speed (in other words, less g-forces) and it all makes sence!! god im good!
  6. im only kidding, im not psycho... < well, now that we have bendy track, we'll have all these uber super ultra smart coaster freaks claiming how, because of this, and this, the ride will OBVIOUSLY do this and that, with this loop at this height. hey, its better then the dippin dots guy... but they do all seem pretty darn informative.

  10. i don't see one coming out... ever. but with the DS (you know, the handheld with GAMES) i wouldn't be suprised if we got a port of RCT1. it already has zoo tycoon, its just easy to port PC games because of the stylus.
  11. never merged tracks, but from the sound of it this is what i think... if you just put a couple chain sections at the bottom of the lift, it would be more of a launch than a lift, considering you will actually be speeding up your train, (obviously, because it goes back to the speed you originally lauched with, before it lost its speed on all the hills. my suggestion, (if this is possible) lauch it with the chain (or any other way you can find to do it) then, when it comes to the lift, merge it with a twister coaster, then use its lauched lift hill segment. use that every few peices and you would ascend much more slowly, like the real coaster does, then at the crest, simply go back to the looping coaster's track. hope that makes sense, and i hope thats even possible... that way i wouldnt be wasting my time.
  12. ^^ there are ways of not blacking/greying out, pushing your legs on the floor and crossing the are two that i believe work, but i never do it, i like the feeling. and to answer the question, i never have blacked out... or not to my knowledge anyway. that might have changed though, i have been especially prone to this sort of thing as of lately, heck, i bet when i finish typing this and i get up i'll probably feel kinda lightheaded. Last time i rode Goliath, i was suprised i didn't.
  13. zipper: don't worry, this is the only zipper that hasn't killed someone! anything: dont worry, other then that one time with all those people... this ride's harnesses never came undone throwing all its occupants 100 feet into the air before crashing to their death!
  14. heck, LaRonde has POV of their goliath already! there pretty gosh darn fast, with those pics and their POV i can this coaster will be WAAAAY better than nitro. oh wait...

  16. if you trust them they arn't nerve racking at all, i love the rides, but im just scared the dang thig will fall apart, heck i've already had the wheel that spun the ride fall off! oh, speaking of which, does the headfirst diving that you often do on a ziper relate in any way to the feeling on a flying rollercoaster? (PLZ TATSU!!!) the most nervous i get on any ride would probably have be going on Supreme scream.. no scratch that, THE FARRIS WHEEL OF DEATH at disney's claifornia adventure the most SCARED i have been on a ride would easily go to the stratosphere's big shot, when we sat down, and where there for a few minutes, and a couple people pulled down the restraints, noone had them buckled, and they werent locked. so then the ride ops walk by and ask us if were ready, then walk to dispatch thing and begins to countdown inatentively, 5... NOOO!!! 4... WAIIIT! 3... AHHHH 2... STOP!!! 1... "Yea, though I walk through the Valley of Death, I shall fear no evil..." 0! .. he presses a button and we scream like theres no tommorow as were launched upward..... about 10 feet... then they locked us in and buckled us up..

(heck, im not even listed in my area code, but the next one over i hate disney for not building disneyland across the street from me like they were considering!!
  18. yeah, it doesnt reduce the G's but it still will take to the shape of your body, so the pressure will be spread out through your chest (not just on your ribs, assuming your not a fat ***), which will reduce discomfort. but yes i agree it would still suck!
  19. well, thats sort of not true in two ways, one, there isnt a 665 lb man sitting on you it would be a 475lb man on you, (your weight times 3.5 = you plus the man on top of you) so its basically 190x2.5 to be EXACT. but really, that doesnt matter, i mean, unless youve had both a 665 lb man and a 475 lb woman sit on you at different times. also, you have to remember you are not on a hard surface, you're in that stretchy vest thing, which will give with pressure, so you dont have all your weight crushing your ribs, but it will be evenly distributed. anyway, from the looks of it, (i havnt ridden a flyer yet, that will change with tatsu though) i would go with B&M flyers being better, i can care less about forces, i like ninja and goldrusher, its about the experience, so i think i would like to be in the flying position more then on your back like on the flying dutchmans.
  20. i guess im really fortunate that i never get head banging on a rollercoaster, ever. (and i've ridden Manhattan express) i don't even think about not hitting the OTSRs i just never do. so, to me, revolution is a wonderful ride, you are surrrounded by trees the entire ride, and that entrance to the loop is awsome. i would put it as one of the 'funner' coasters at the mountain. also, if your not paying attention to them, you wont notice the trims (i didnt) the only one you notice is before the loop, and i kinda like how you slow down at the top then start to crawl over the EXTREMELY gradual slope to the loop. oh and, dont reach for the trees, if they look really close, thats because THEY ARE. leave it to my friend to reach out of the car to grab a PINE TREE on a rollercoaster. well, he learned HIS lesson
  21. well, there are two ways of looking at it, either the ride will be engulfed in trees like revoultion, or it won't. if it is surrounded by trees, then you dont have to worry about seeing it, if it isn't, then dont have to worry about it contrasting to much to the [non] existant trees. (besides, the only time i bet we'll see it is when it crosses over the path from viper to deja vu) i think it will be fine. And the picture the guy posted above ARE duller then they are NOW, but look at Goliath, those supports began practically blue! and i thought the ninja people were just INSANELY bored that day, i had no idea they did it all the time. that would get old real quick i'd bet.
  22. holy **** that was TERRIBLE.... before i got on the ride i was like, hey, it's not BAD just ugly... so then a launch, everything seems normal, then, BAM, you hit the ascending twist and the thing just goes crazy! heck, the supports dont even touch the ground copletely.
  23. Well I never thought it was weird either until I mentioned it to one of my friends and he was like: "what?! that's disgusting. RICE....with...BUTTER??" I asked a several other people and got similar responses so now I assume it's weird to eat rice with butter. But it sure tastes great! naw, butter with rice isn't wierd, basically there are two types of rice, the asian style 'sticky' rice, and the (for the lack of a better tern) white people rice, which is dryer.,that you can out butter on. thats perfectly normal, (they probably didnt know the difference, thats why they think its weird) ok, anyhoo, people think the fact that i like asian chicks is weird, the fact that i actually read harry potter 1,2,3,4,5,and 6, and A series of Unfortunate events 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, and 11. what the hell is wrong with reading when your bored?
  24. ... wow. how many times can a continutious coaster freakin valley in two months?? Looks like SFMM fianlly has a new record, screw the coaster count. does this happen every year? or is it mainly do to the cold weather we've been having? DMAN RAIN!
