The ride looks fun! Kind of tame for such a huge ride, but I think it looks like a blast anyway.

Where is that facetious definition when it's actually needed?

^^ It's funny because my friends and I were laughing yesterday as the monster theme on Goliath actually looks better than most stuff SF normally does. lol

Batman still look great as do the red and blue on the Superman tower. Probably why they keep using the same base colors. It seems they hold up better over time.

Fury went up on my list, TC and WC stay the same, while Cannibal went down. Cannibal looks amazing (especially that drop), it's just that a few others are looking much better than expected.

WC and TC are both RMC creations. And that's really where the comparison ends for me. One is a tightly wound intense machine. The other just looks insanely fun. So I have to laugh every time a big fan if either ride takes a pot shot at the other. They couldn't be farther away from each other so ultimately who wins that battle? The 0.5 percent that actually get to ride both? Because other than that I can't imagine that both won't please the hell out of their perspective fanbase.

While we are at it every other post should contain the parking lot discussion under Scrteam Maybe they could paint the steel on Twisted Colossus red, and then paint the parking lot under Scream orange. Why stop there? I think the Goliath track could use a new coat of blue!

To be fair, I'm not convinced a day at Magic Mountain can be enjoyed, period. West Coast Bash waves hello!

Yeah I don't care either way. Maybe they'll paint them orange.

We probably won't know how it's all going to look until it's all done. Painted or not painted, as long as it looks cohesive on opening day, I'm fine with it.

Also, that blue side drop after the high five reminds me of "the drop" on Ghostrider.

^ It is the angle. From the side it's a lot flatter. Still, at the speed it will be going, that is going to be a highlight.

What? You really think that Twisted Colossus will be more intense than the rock climbing wall? OMG! THE ROCK CLIMBING WALL!!!!! This list makes zero sense... "Hey little Johnny....Do you want to do the rock climbing wall or that 400 foot free fall tower? They are the same level of intensity." Ahh see the rock wall is 400 feet as well. Magic Mountain forgot to advertise that as a world record. But you see, Six Flags would never be caught dead forgetting to advertise a WORLD RECORD!!!!1 After all, what is the point of building anything if it isn't the biggest, longest, or fastest??! That's what she said...

I think it's perfectly normal to get more excited for the ride opening closest to you. To me WC looks like the more intense ride for sure. Yet I'm a bit more excited for TC , because I'll have more access to that one, and the racing elements sound so damn fun!

Those pictures really are fantastic.

I honestly don't care which one is better, as I will be enjoying them both, and both may have to bow to Medusa in the end anyway.

As the construction kicks into high gear, I think people can get a better idea of the difference in the blue and green run. They are not the same. But RMC did a great job in giving each side a signature element that stands out.
