For me, one of the worst crowds at parks was Amarillos Wonderland. It was just 'trailer trash' as far as the eye could see. Little kids spitting, adults spitting, people peeing against the bathroom walls...it was bad. I feel bad for SFA as I've been there over 10 times and never had one of those 'visits' you always read about! Now if we talk about workers...Apathy = SFMM...I have maybe seen 3 or 4 workers EVER at that place that actually appear to give a damn!

I seriously almost died when you said that! Although it kind of ruined the fun actually finding you instead of going through the maze with 12 people yelling: JOEY!!! JEW!!!! JOEY!!!! But it didn't stop us from yelling it in a bunch of other places too!

Um, I'm pretty sure all of the pix in that update were from a still digital camera. We haven't really done video grabs in a couple of years now.

I'll give you a hint... I will watch Derek and Robb ride them next month from about 1100 feet away!

I'm gonna have to go with Derek on this one. There are three rides I can think of in the world I WON'T ride and this is one of them. I'm sorry but I've heard the phrase "catastrophic fail-safe malfunction" too many times to go on this ride. I don't think it's a good idea or use of engineering. The Gerstlauer 95 degree drop coasters did it much better. I agree that the 'experience' would probably be amazing...granted you don't die! I do plan on going to Taiwan at some point, and will take offride video of Robb riding this coaster after he has signed the life insurance policy!

Yeah, I really liked Pierce...not too sure about this guy yet, but we'll see how he does.

^Wow! What train were you on?! We rode earlier in the day and most of our group wouldn't even ride in the back of the train with us it was so bad! We took our chances and agreed it was the roughest ever. So sad...

If you like roller coasters and you haven't been to SFMM in 6 years it's worth the trip. Universal is also a fun half day park where you could do some sightseeing the rest of the day.

Re: Atlantis having longer lines than Kraken...simple Atlantis has a much lower height restriction! I believe as low as 42''!?!? Therefore more people can and want to ride it than Kraken.

I actually will admit to watching the documentary about them on Discovery Health Channel... They are religious fanatics who do not believe in birth control and believe that they should have as many children as possible. They home school all the children and the older children help take care of the young ones. Honestly, it creeped me out way too much. Oh, and they all have J names!

Yeah...but I can hope...and I think it would be a good idea if you're taking out a water ride...plus it would let them smack down SFMM for number of coasters again.

Derek, Trust me, I remember our awful Pastamore experience, but it is SOOOO Much better now. I don't know what happened, but we went there reluctantly one night with some friends and it was AWESOME! Give it another chance...or we will do food and dessert at Mythos!

Hopefully they'll get a big water coaster for 2007! I think a Poseidon would go great there!

I still think the best part about the rabbit was that there was the "robb" giant rabbit, chasing the "elissa" smaller rabbit...but then it got distracted by the food!

Why is it that the 50th Anniversary commercial for WDW is like 2938478239 times better than the Disneyland one!?!? I mean seriously, it's great! Talks about history, some in black and white, some in color, it was perfect! Meanwhile Disneyland is advertising the 'new' space mountain while showing mission space! ugh
