^I can pretty much guarantee that the ride will not be open for March. Trust me, I'd love to have to eat my own words, but it's not looking good...I think most people have posted that they're hearing "May 06" a lot.

I think they are only running Colossus backwards at night, to really try and promote fright fest. It tested on Saturday, but only the forwards side was open. Glad you had a nice day!

Yeah, aren't you guys getting a Tornado for your waterpark? You have one of the better SF parks out there, it could always be worse...you'll get another good coaster at some point!

Creepy being there when it is so dead! Why is it that people are running across the highways? I doubt it's the reason you see it on SoCal! Great to see these places from so far away! Although the other waterpark looks, MUCH nicer!

Ok...so Dan came up for food and we put him to work to get all of your DVDs out! In addition to all of the DVDs we also had Soren's Package! We decided to have some fun... Dan touches Soren's package one more time before it's off to Germany...have a good flight! Aww, I want to go to Germany with Soren's Package!!! Here we are at the post office! But his package couldn't reach the pedals so he hung out in the backseat with Elissa. The package was all crapped out and ready for the trip to Germany so it jumped in the car! After all of that, it spent the next 4 hours in the bathroom. Now his package is getting some White Castle/Thunder Dolphin/Diabetic Action! And here is Elissa molesting Soren's Package. (Anyone seen the North/South Carolina border anywhere!?!!?) Here's Soren's package with his UK Roommate! Although he did try some of the Lion Cereal. Poor Dan can't have any Lion Powder. Here's some stuff from the package that Soren sent us...notice it is on the 'not for diabetics shelf'!

Isn't it odd that... 1. They got a VERY similar coaster to Liseberg and 2. IT'S THE SAME COLORS AS KANONEN!!!!! Heck, I'm not complaining, but I do wonder about this. Oh well, I guess the Europeans are smarter and will be able to tell the difference between the two!

I voted No...but let me explain. This park was so run down, dead, and had several attractions not operating that I just can't see it being pulled together enough to even be worthy of being saved. I understand the history, and it would be sad to lose it, but in its current state, it's just not worth it. I'd rather put my efforts to save parks that have a chance of pulling together and providing a quality experience. If I could see several million $$$ in the plan to relocate (as well as train decent new employees who don't curse in front of guests), open up dilapidated rides, spruce up the place, lower park admission, and appeal more to families then MAYBE I would change my vote.

Gosh, what a great topic! Wes, it's especially nice to know that under your smart, chic exterior you're just as dumb as the rest of us. Hmmm...I don't know what kind of dumb stuff to post. I've never lost my keys or wallet or locked anything in a car (knock on wood)... Ooo, here's one: I'm really annoying when it comes to food and moving out here was pretty hard, so I finally found a place to special order some of my food...One night after I had spent like $35 on this crap, refrigerated crap, and something distracted me (like a shiny object) and I left it there for like 1 or 3 days or something like that. At least it was cold enough outside that my car didn't stink too bad!

Just got back... some really interesting stuff...I will have the update up in a few hours!
