I'm trying to be fair here, really I am. I fully understand that Carnival has more ships than the other companies but let's fix that... Carnival - 23 currently operating ships (counting the two right now that technically aren't operating!! LOL!) Royal Caribbean - 22 currently operating ships (about to send one to a lower line) Celebrity - 11 ships Norwegian - 11 ships (one in a long dry dock) Princess - 16 ships and so on... First off, I didn't realize how close Royal Caribbean was to Carnival, and how many issues have they had the last few years!?!?!? Secondly, why don't we even put ALL these other lines together and still Carnival has way more issues then they should statistically. Oh dear...

Absolutely, just give Robb a bit more time. He's been doing interviews, getting footage, and tons of photos. He needs to put it all together for you guys! -
Wow, really impressed with Royal Caribbean right now! I sent an email earlier this week to the office of the CEO to nicely express my displeasure that Royal Caribbean has bowed down to lawyers and sue-happy terrible Americans and restricted the amount of tricks you can now do on the FlowRider. I received a call back today (less than 48 hours after my email) and the person on the phone seemed to have done their research as they knew when and what I had cruised before as well as upcoming bookings I have! She said they really appreciate the honest feed back and have heard quite a few complaints and they're working with the terrible lawyers to keep introducing tricks back to the Flowriders that we'll all be able to learn and do again. As of today there are 16 tricks you can now do, up from 4 after the lawyers go their way, but still way down from the ANYTHING you could do before all this crap. I really respect companies that respond back, especially in a timely fashion.

I was thinking the same thing. Lifeguards are actually supposed to be constantly scanning their water, yet, they just do a "W" scan, and you can see it by the motion of their head. They don't need to look ridiculous and put their hands way out, or on their foreheads. That's EXACTLY what I was referring to. I do feel it's almost a lawsuit thing, make them look so ridiculous that everyone will know they're doing it. This is what Cedar Fair went to after the Perilous Plunge accident making every ride op say 'Check' loudly so people around would be able to corroborate that someone's bar was checked.

^I agree, the visual scan thing looks ridiculous and I don't see it necessarily helping safety. I get what they're going for, it's similar to some of the techniques they teach life guards for scanning the water making sure there's no one drowned! But it's very different and they don't have to put their hand on their head and other silly stuff.

^&^^ We use Delta and go to Springfield through Atlanta. There are a ton of options and we much prefer Delta to Southwest. -

^Yeah, the problem's going to be it really seems to affect everyone differently. Bigger people don't seem to have quite as much the problem as smaller people or taller people. Maybe just wait till the end of the day to ride so it doesn't ruin his day if it makes him feel uncomfortable. -

I find the B&M Wingrider restraints some of the worst they've ever created. On my body, they get tighter and tighter till I'm left barely able to breathe by the time we hit the brake run. I've confirmed other people also have this issue. Seems to affect different body types and leave others alone just fine. I'm hoping these are at least slightly modified. -
^Absolutely avoid I-95 and NYC as much as possible! I would go with Tappan Zee.

^Yeah, just finished here as well. Kind of wish there was a way they would tell us 'ok, this event is now over', cause I'm always nervous that I missed something!

^^Pretty sure we mentioned that back in December when we did our first tour of the construction area. I know that facility does a lot of kids parties and a kiddie coaster will round out their kids area really nice! -

This is not true, not even straight line distance! It will be more like 45 miles and take over an hour so keep that in mind if trying to go there. -
Same...but remember it's Daylight Saving Time, not Savings Time...just a pet peeve of mine!

^Do NOT use any English sites when prepping for a Japan visit. They are usually horribly outdated. Use the Japanese site and by clicking around and using basic translation tools you should be able to find the info you need. It Kyushu I would recommend Space World for Quality or Mitsui for screwed up quantity! They're both fun parks.
