^But they could paint it pink and no one would figure it out! It's Vegas!!! -
^Pretty sure they said the limit was 250lbs, but I get the feeling from some people I've seen do it they'll go higher than that and maybe just not offer 'the catch' to you. I was seriously so impressed. I went first and just climbing the ladder I was scared and nervous. I instantly realized this was a bad idea and she wouldn't even be able to climb the ladder. By the time I got off the net she was already half way up! I was cheering her on and so happy! If any of you decide to do it, let me know and I may be able to arrange a better price for you as TPR Peeps!

I just don't know what EA plans to do about all of these glitches that are making the game so unfair! I've been saving up since the escalator and still am not at the $3 million required for the magnifying glass. Grrr!!!

^Just an FYI, we (family of three with a then 3 year old) did the 1,1,1 Dining Plan a couple of years ago and it was a lot of food. You could buy extra food as you need in between your meals if you need to with the kids and probably still spend less than the Deluxe Plan. I have talked to people who had the Deluxe plan and not one said they needed anywhere near that much food and all ended up giving stuff away and wasting a ton. The other thing to keep in mind is with your kids, park hopping is not as easy as you remember it being when you were young and probably running around the parks. We've had a lot of people visit lately and they've been more than content with the non-hopping ticket. All this being said, I still went ahead and booked you for the same nights in the family suite with park hoppers and the deluxe plan and you're still under $4k. Seriously though, please think about the food thing. It is WAY too much food to do the Deluxe!

I just priced you out at Art of Animation (cool new resort with family suites) and came up with $2500 for checking in June 4, checking out June 7 and including tickets (non park hopping) for four days. If you stayed in the Family Suite at Art of Animation you and the wife would be in the master with a portacrib for the 1 year old, you'd then have the two older kids share the sofa bed (comfy kind, not spring kind), and the two younger kids on the awesome table/bed. I even just added you the second tier dining plan which is 1 Snack, 1 Table Service, 1 Quick Service a day for $3100. Let me know if I'm way off base with what you're looking for or else we can look for deals on these prices.

Theme Parks in December/Jan
SharkTums replied to AusCoasterFan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
In the Winter you'll have to stick with SoCal, Florida or Indoor Parks to actually ride stuff. As others mentioned there are parks that open for the holidays but many of them don't run the rides, or only run them if it's warm enough. -
With a family that large, you're looking at a big price tag most likely. You say the kids are under 7, but how many are 3 or over? Did you want to stay on property? A cheap nearby motel? A condo/house with a kitchen and pool? Do you want to go to all four parks? Water parks? AAA won't really help you much, there are much better offers online and through alternate booking sites. Not to mention just taking the advice of people here over anything AAA tells you! Give us some more info about what you're thinking and we can go from there.

Walt Disney World Epcot Discussion Thread
SharkTums replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^I see both sides of it really. First off, I think it's really aimed more at Disneyland than Disneyworld to prevent the parents from buying their kids a pass and treating Disney as a baby sitter. On one side, it's a great idea. Under-14's shouldn't be roaming the parks themselves and probably need supervision. On the other side, I remember going to Disney World with my parents and being bored as hell at Epcot and my parents letting me park hop over to Magic Kingdom by myself probably around 13 years old. So basically it's the case with most things, a select few have ruined an opportunity from the rest of us and we'll just have to accept it. -
Make sure to log in today! I got a Happy St. Patrick's Day message from Homer with 5 Donuts and 10 XP.

Why am I picturing that their 'house cheese blend' includes cheddar? Great coverage! Can't wait to get there this summer and take a bunch of crazy people with me! Remember everyone, we have a few spots open for the Texas Midwest Trip where you'll ride this, iRat, Hades 360, Gatekeeper, and a ton of other awesome stuff!!! -
I had all my buildings done so some people that claimed it had to do with Ralph and/or the Chemestri restaurant are wrong. It happens when you fake level up, meaning you get the donut game since there is not a higher level at this time. Other than that, it seems to be quite random as I've fake leveled up a few times since this glitch as been out and just got it yesterday. Robb and KT have NOT gotten the glitch. Some people get it more than once!?!?

What should our next TPRMeme contest be?

I'm so old, I had to go look most of these up. I did know about Wonka though, so maybe that would be a good one since it's pretty famous. -

Posted on the Disney Blog: This is really cool! They did this at Tokyo Disneyland one of the times we were there for Easter Celebrations. They also of course had adorable park merchandise and food! -
^LOL!!! So true! Back in the game after about 20 minutes letting it load on the iPhone5 and over 200 donuts won (and still going!)
-
Logged in on my iPad, got the dialogue about the new episode and character, started tapping to collect my stuff, got the level up donut game and THE HARP OF DEATH SHOWED UP. Now over on my iPhone5 doing the thing just letting it run as some people say it takes 15 minutes to three hours but will magically start working again? Hope so, also hoping for the crazy amounts of donuts people with the glitch have gotten.

^Have fun! Please do a report on Yas Water World now that it's been open for a bit, would love to see how it's all working out.
