  1. Should have Deanna tonight as my guys are all on the away mission for my final four chocolate bars. Still never got any tasks once I got Klingon Chris which I've read may be some sort of glitch. Odd.
  2. Don't show Universal how many times you can walk right under this coaster! They'll freak out and send them metal detectors and nets!
  3. I feel like the blue energy's are dropping better lately. Still a long way to go though!
  4. ^Yes, but I can see and buy plenty of DVC rooms that they know they won't sell to DVC Owners. Hopefully the bungalows will show up at some point also.
  5. ^I wonder then at what point they will release them to book to the general public if they're not sold out. I've tried a ton of dates this year and can't even get them to show up.
  6. Does the easter storyline end after everyone shops at the quick-e-mart?
  7. Right now it doesn't look to be a big Easter Event...just a few tasks so far.
  8. ^It's one of the Wedding Location options at Disney!
  9. So I now have enough 'things' to either get the Klingon Temple (one of the Deanna Tasks), Send an Away Team to get the books for Chris, or should I wait till I have two more blue things and send an away team to try and get the chocolate?!?! Not sure of the order I should be doing these things.
  10. ^Yes, that's how I understand it.
  11. Yeah, I can't decide right now if I should buy the Klingon Temple (part of a mission), send a mission to get chocolate bars, or send a mission to get the books. It seems like it takes me about 4 - 5 days to save up enough to choose one of those options!
  12. Oman was nice and not nearly as built up as the UAE. No reason why they can't try to be like them more and build a ton of these FEC's!
  13. I hope there's an awesome "Hunger Games of Skill" area where you can do all of the archery, knife throwing, axe combat, etc for stuffed animal prizes!
  14. Tokyo 100% as it's the best Disney Park in the world. If you're very concerned about lack of English though, Hong Kong is the most English friendly outside of America.
  15. I don't want to bum you all out too much but the Operations guy told me that Alicia was going to be removed soon. I told him not to because it's so strange and unique and he laughed and seemed to agree so we'll see! KT didn't get to ride too much new stuff on this trip as Mexico has some really crazy high height restrictions.
  16. I'm really liking this update so far. I haven't spent any clams yet and am wondering if I may need to at some point as those blue energy things don't seem to fall for me and I need a ton of them!
  17. Disney can be very nice for a honeymoon. That's a terrible time of the year to visit Florida due to weather but staying on property will help. If you're splurging on your honeymoon I would suggest a private cabana at Discovery Cove. As for dining, what kind of stuff do you like?
  18. I don't know if I could pick between Mindbender and Olympia Looping but I agree with Robb for the rest of the list.
  19. ^From Car Stunt Shows I've seen Lights, Motors, Action in Florida is pretty tame. They take a lot of time between stunts and don't allow any guests out in the area as part of the show. Other shows around the world we've seen are much faster paced and bring the audience into the action.
  20. Agreed! Best car stunt show ever!
  21. I got Spanish Peter because of the lowered requirement also. Star Trek thing is pretty cute so far and looks like it will be quite involved and different from other updates.
  22. This is crazy news! Manby is a great guy and this can only be positive for Sea World!
  23. This is pretty big news and should be in this thread as well as the Sea World threads! Seaworld Entertainment, Inc. Names Joel Manby as President and CEO
  24. 1. Everything will most likely be closed as all that stuff at the airport will take time and the airport is outside of the city. Also, keep in mind getting around China is much different than getting around other countries. Everything takes longer than it should and longer than you think it will. 2. We usually combine two parks in a day in China except for maybe the Happy Valley's and bigger parks. We've done Shijingshan and Sun Park in the same day before. It's a big credit day. Crowds don't always matter in China because many times if it's not busy they stagger the openings of rides so you have to stay longer than you would normally have to. It also depends if you want to do more than just coasters. Some of these parks have decent and/or bizarre dark rides or shows. 3. Happy Valley wasn't open last time we were there but Victory Kingdom can certainly be done in less than 3 hours as long as operations are at least somewhat decent. I do know though last time we were there they staggered opening times of the rides. 4. I haven't been keeping up on the China stuff as much as I probably should so I can't help you too much there but one of our posters has a fabulous thread in the main board keeping track of the China projects so check that out for other possibilities. Also, at least try to go to the Great Wall (the section that has the alpine coaster). Forbidden City get a quick look and move on.
  25. ^I would have put the two very close in the 1999 - 2001 time frame but the operations and potterization of that park the last five years or so has made it not even close in my mind.
