^There is no short term way to safely lose a lot of weight. The secret to weight loss that millions spend billions on is this, consume fewer calories then you burn. That is all there is to it. A pound of fat has the equivalent of about 3500 calories so to lose 2lbs a week you need to burn 1000 more calories then you consume. My recommendation is to change your eating habits. You are eating to much other wise you wouldn't need to diet. Learn portion control. Most people can't figure out how much of something they are consuming. A 4oz piece of chicken is maybe 125 calories. Find out what 4oz looks like and adjust your portion accordingly. Do this with all foods you eat. Eat a balanced diet. Know how many calories are in everything you eat. Read the labels or look it up on line. Exercise more. Weight lifting is great for weight loss. You burn calories while you lift and more to rebuild your muscles afterwards. Mix in aerobic exercise for better over all health. Drink lots of water! Soda, diet soda coffee and tea don't count. Limit those as much as possible. I try and drink about 80 ounces a day. The best way I have found to do that is to drink a bottle before every meal. That way I'm not as hungry and I only have to drink another bottles worth through out the day. Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise Good Luck

The only way she will go deep into the game is because she is no threat. Remember Kass is the one when asked by her tribe mate if she was to be voted out, Kass said yes. No one will trust her, they will just use her.

I kind of think that what is going to be amazing is the whole concept not just the ride. Maybe it is going to be a coaster company that is known for one type of ride that is well thought of putting there touch on an existing style taking it to the next level. -

I'm glad lunch is only 30 minutes away after reading the last update. -
Wow, Kass is an idiot. She now has no alliance to help protect her. Going from a solid three to nothing is pretty dumb. No one will trust her because she flipped. They will keep her around a while to keep the numbers but vote her off when she becomes to annoying. I'm sure the group that got screwed will help!. As soon as you start playing emotionally you are going to lose. The only way I can see her going a lot deeper into the game is because they keep her around because no one would vote for her in the end.

Both plans still suffer from the same problem. They lack funding. Maybe now with the economy improving someone will pony up the money needed to get one of these projects off the ground. I would think that a water park would be one of the first things you would want to build. Relatively inexpensive compared to rides, wouldn't take long to install and would be a source of revenue while you are building out the ride section. -

I have to wonder why they don't do the flavored popcorn here in the States- I think it would be a huge success. -

This looks like a really cool log flume ride. They did a great job with the theming.. Love how quick the transitions are in the direction changes. -

I remember on the TPR 2010 Europe trip this was an the agenda if it opened. It didn't of course. It was quickly forgotten by me with going to this awesome German carnival and getting to ride Olympia Looping. -
Paid $4.05 for regular. California sucks!

I can see an owner not only holding the city hostage for the next 6 years and then move anyway!
