Not sure how it would prevent stuff from flying onto riders as you can plainly see the rolling stock when seated in the seats .. maybe to protect flying object from being expelled .. but I think it's mearly a cosmetic feature and nothing more.

^ Most SF Parks have out-of-market passes for cheaper usually. SFOT has done this for years.

^^ Most park push season pass and season parking sales for that reason. Most of the attendance at regional parks is regional families .. hence why WDW's Annual Passes are cheaper for Florida residents. The State Fair of Texas has been doing this for years. Raising the prices every year or every other year, yet they still keep climbing in attendance numbers, almost at 5 million visitors in 24 days. You need to get rid of that debt before you can start throwing away money again, the family angle works very very well, as with Disney's case and the State Fair's. You need some thrills, but then again, most families don't travel 3,000 miles to try to ride the world's tallest paperwieght. Only us tards do, plain and simple. Most parks are out for the whole family, not just thrill-seekers.

Seriously!? SFFT has a waterpark, which is the reason their attendance hasn't dropped badly as it did after 2000. SFOT is the model park for the chain to say the least and a flagship park. Much like SFFT, it's ran very very well by very smart people (who I know personally) SFOG has one of the better kiddie sections now after the 2004 expansion SFMM .. I aggree or just burn it FC is out SFMW needs to focus on their animals and make it no so ghetto-SeaWorld ish .. most of the animals their in March 2005 looked like they needed Betty Forc Clinic.

Problem is .. the USA is sue happy .. so Marine World, SF Inc and the ride manufacturers (Wieland Schwarzkopf, Premier) would all face lawsuits regardless of who's fault it was. Stupid America.

Premier is responsible for the problems after it left SFAW .. the changing of the drop, restraint system. Can't have lapbars due to the clearences, hell it ran the accordian restraints in Germany.

Let's see SFAW was closed because they think the land is worth the price, which in reality it's not worth the $150 million they thought they could get. Right now the land is looking at going for $25-$30 million. The real problem was the park was negelcted and the parking situation with the NFL and Houston Sports Comission didn't help the problem in the long run. The park did fine on attendance and was one of the money grabbers in terms of Season Pass sales and what not. The former management was just stupid and thought they could unload debt by ridding themselfs of a nice park which they though sucked. Synder tried to stop the closure, so if that speaks in terms of SFA .. I doubt they will close the park, Sale the park maybe .. but don't count on closings happening.

It's a horse .. much better than the orginal M with a hat logo .. But we still got Champ the mascot .. who's a horse.

Zamperla's US Offices are in New Jersey .. no PARKS based out of there besides Clementon and the Piers I would guess.

Ive experienced the same issue .. over time I guess they die .. since they worked .. and now they don't .. very strange.

I knew the park moved from the original location .. We decided to do a cab at this point IF we still go.
