Valhalla at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

That probably explains why I have no memory of a water vortex. -
They may as well just take the next step and make the KKK the official town religion.

I used an extra poncho as shoe booties to keep them dry, as well as another poncho for myself. Came off pretty much dry. Course all that work to protect my shoes was in vain as they just got drenched the next day by Toad Hole. -

Hmm, interesting. Wonder how long those geocities links are going to live? -
Has something changed recently? I always remember AMDs running much hotter than Intel's. My personal preferance is Intel, ATI, Pro. But really you can't go wrong either way. But if you don't know much about computers then why are you getting a custom built PC?

Parks that let you down!
Carnage replied to Canobie Fan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I felt the same way towards Holiday World. Pre-voyage I left fairly kind of "meh" about the park. I had a good time, but wasn't really blown away. -
Typically when that option is enabled a warning message is displayed before voting to show that it is a public poll. Plus I've found on other forums using the public poll on a touchy subject like sexual orientation tends to get the poll locked pretty quickly. It's not nearly as big a deal as on "What's your fav B&M",etc.

Parks that let you down!

Sounds like my experience with Martins Fantasy Island. First time I went this year it was closed due to weather conditions. (weather being like 70 and sunny). Though we did end up picking up the credits at Seabreeze so the trip wasn't a total failure. Finally got my MFI credits labour day after waiting 2.5 hours to cross the border. I think MFI is my cursed park. -
Launch day is near! PS3/Wii-kend Launches.
Carnage replied to Homer's topic in Random, Random, Random
I might eventually get a Wii. PS3 is probably doubtfull. But if I get either it won't be for awhile. I'm happy with my Xbox360. Plus I never buy consoles at launch anymore. Every console will have some degree of bugs in the first versions. It's better to wait a year so that they can work the kinks out. Better to do that then to have a launch console which becomes a $600 paperweight. -
^ You obviously have not worked with raw digital video before. I've compressed videos using Premier. You just gotta play around with the quality settings when you're exporting.

^ Give him a break. Everyone has their own tastes in games.

Méga Parc - Québec - Photo TR
Carnage replied to Canobie Fan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Ahh, but this would be a mall in Quebec, Edmonton is in Canada. Couldn't help but notice like 10 Quebec flags but not a single Canada flag. -
Yup, it's either or. You need either a birth certificate and photo ID, or just a passport.
-
^ The game is still a year from being released. You won't hear any details like that until very close to the launch date. Anything before then is pure speculation and not one bit of fact.

Unfortunately the more obnoxious one's tend to be the loudest and most vocal. It's a case of a few bad apple ruining it for the rest. There's obviously some cool ACErs. But the arrogant pricks are the one's that give the club that bad name. To the point of just being in ACE will get you scorned.

It's everything I had hoped it was going to be. Haven't tried multiplayer yet hough, still trying to get a handle of the controls.

I have fond memories of my dreamcast. I loved the LCD screen on the controller. Especially on a game like NFL blitz where you could use the controller screen to select your plays. Dreamcast was actually much more powerful than the PS2. It was only Sony's hype machine that crushed Sega out of business. Shame too, because Dreamcast was Sega's first peice of hardware that wasn't a complete flop. (with Genesis being a close second).

How do you know I'm not a Winipeg Jets/Phoenix Coyotes fan? Since when are the Nordiques Canada's only defunct team?? OP take note, they might ask you hockey trivia at the border. Get the questions wrong and they'll deny you entry to Canada.

You mean the Avalanche? That's not a compromise, that's treason.

The wait list can be skipped ... as long as you've got $250,000 to spend.
