^The more hidden graveyard is called Cedar Hill Cemetery, and I believe there are other graves in the parking lot. Here's a site that shows Cedar Hill Cemetery on a map with some pics. Here is some more information, including directions.
This is terrible. I feel bad about the little girl's unicorn (from this article). In a way, this is really only "theme park news" because of where it happened, but I'm impressed by what I've heard about how the park responded.
I'm not in the exact same situation as you guys, but it's good to hear about a positive experience with the customer service line, just in case I need it. Not that this improves my overall opinion of Six Flags.
^That doesn't suprise me in the slightest. Not only because Six Flags, but because I've also had issues with that site. I'm still waiting on an email from them that I was specifically told to expect.
^Beast at #1, from only a day ride in the back car? I like your taste. Yeah, you know the deal about night rides on it, but I have much respect for day rides as well. It still has that dreamlike quality for me in daylight.
Worst I rank: anything that is, or has been, named Ninja and is not a suspended coaster.
(Dishonorable mention: Anaconda.)
Actual worst by default because it is a kiddie coaster: Mini Mine Train (SFOT).
This season I've read about and witnessed multiple occasions of people being asked to show glasses straps at different parks. Could just be confirmation bias on my part, but it almost makes me wonder if there's some new restriction that's being rapidly adopted among a number of parks.
^Ancestors of mine are in both of the graveyards on Kings Dominion property. Their house was burned by the fire department after the land was sold to the park.
