  1. That's terrible! I like it though.
  2. On another subject, I saw this the other night on Conan. I really hope Six Flags doesn't get any ideas from this video! But I have to ask... True or false? Seven Flags > YOLOcoaster Here's the clip. You be the judge:
  3. Good point! I've always liked the video in Xcelerator's station at Knott's. And not that Xcelerator's restraint system is confusing, but I do like that the video walks you through the loading procedure (ditto for GhostRider and Silver Bullet). I like this idea! But you're right, it probably won't happen. We can dream though!
  4. I'm not sure, but I had blood work done today at the doctor's office, and while blood was being drawn out of one arm, I was using the other arm to play the game! Doing that kept my nerves calm during the procedure, although I did suddenly feel light-headed afterward. Almost passed out! Not that you needed to know that, but the fact that I used the game as a distraction from an unpleasant process should say something!
  5. I like the idea of leg restraints, but wouldn't this just slow down operations even more? To give them credit, I've found the operations at X2 to be pretty decent compared to the rest of the park, but I hate the thought of it taking longer to dispatch a train with there being an extra restraint to check. Not to mention GPs and YOLOs (which is really the same thing) not knowing how these restraints work! I've seen it happen quite a few times when a GP/YOLO goes on Tatsu or Riddler's and they end up causing a delay because they didn't know how to work the restraint. More specifically, the leg restraint on Tatsu and the adjusting seat height on Riddler's. Especially on Riddler's- I've seen them jumping up and down, playing with the seat, and then it locks mid-jump, leaving their feet in the air. Which is funny to see, but then the op has to unlock that row to readjust the seat and then recheck it. But my lack of faith in GPs/YOLOs aside, this is does sound like it would be an awesome idea!
  6. That shirt should be the official Vekoma shirt.
  7. Take your first ride in the front row, inside seat. TRUST ME on this! I can vouch for this as well. When I've ridden in the back row there have been plenty of times when I've come back into the station with pain in my calves and a slight headache!
  8. I get what you're saying, but to be fair I think the r-i-n-g-s filter was added while Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit was under construction, right? And I'd say that was a unique and highly anticipated addition to USO when it opened. So it's not like this is the first time a filter's been put into place for a new ride. Personally I like coming onto TPR and reading "YOLOcoaster" instead of "F-u-l-l Throttle". But I do agree about the loop. Even though most of us (myself included) would like to see something that isn't a gimmick, at least YOLOcoaster will be nice to look at! I'm going to enjoy taking photos of it once it's open!
  9. I had the same problem. If anyone else is having difficulties, try quickmeme: Quickmeme- Bad Luck Brian
  10. A tribute to T2:3D at USH. "Super!" "HASTA LA VISTA BABY!"
  11. This one only makes sense if you've seen Jaws 3: "This time, it's personal."
  12. "If you're sitting in the first 12 rows, there's something you should know. There's a 50/50 bet, you'll get 100%- " "WET!"
  13. Remember when this existed? And when it still had the loop? I'll bet most wish they could forget! S.O.B.
  14. DISCLAIMER: I was debating whether or not to post this one because I didn't want it to be taken as offensive. That's not the intent- during Gay Days at Disneyland, heterosexuals who wear red colored shirts to the park get confused since most of them don't know that red is the official color of Gay Days. A fun fact: Disney intentionally moves the non-red shirts to the fronts of the stores on these days to take advantage of the heterosexual guests who want to change shirts! Likewise, a special section is made with red shirts for those who are participating in or supporting Gay Days. Just thought I should give you the context before showing you the picture. Now, enjoy!
  15. I'm back with a few more (so forgive me for bombarding this thread with posts)! First one: YOU MUST LOVE DUFFY!
  16. renaming it "Fright Deck" for the occasion That's BRILLIANT!
  17. Yes, there have been not great pictures in this thread- the ones that weren't taken/posted by Hanno! *If you've noticed, there have been attempts by others to post their own pictures here, thinking that it was just a general picture sharing thread.
  18. You have to admit though, a Valentine's area with a coaster called Heartbreaker would be pretty "sweet"! Although I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day (aka Single Awareness Day) haha!
  19. They probably didn't know any better (they were GP after all), but still, I LOVE it when stuff like this happens! They try to beat the system only to have the system beat them! Justice was served.
  20. ^Fixed that for you (I get the joke though- it's impossible for the seats on X2 to not spin! ):
  21. This one strays a bit from the traditional Bad Luck Brian format, but it was necessary for the joke: "SHARK! SHARK! SHARK!"
  22. Another one: "SAVE TEH BIG DIPPER"
  23. Here's my first submission: #YOLOSWAG
