I would have the scrambler cars spin when they swing out. Create a drop ride where you lay on your stomach face down so you can see the ground coming at you Turn the seats around on the pirate ship to face the outside Create the flying bobs so it would go fast enough where the cars go parallel to the group and add music speakers to each car Have an enterprise with seats next to each other instead of sitting in each others laps Add a real roof to the gravitron (instead of the trap most carnivals use) and have it go up like a round up

^ There is nothing wrong with their age gap. We can not help who we love. If they are genuinely happy and in love that is awesome. Who is anyone to judge them. People who have something to say about it are just not comfortable in their own skin. David, thank for you bringing up Atlanta Pride, That is on my list of pride events to visit. I want to visit the big ones - San Francisco, NYC, LA. I also want to visit New Orleans when they have Southern Decadence and Cali when Folsom Fair is going on so I can be completely freaked out lol

Here's why I think people complain about Six Flags... Anyone who has followed this business for any length of time (5 years or more) has seen Six Flags go from high highs to low lows, back up again, back down again, etc, etc... I can't think of any other US chain who has had such contrasts in direction that comes all the way from it's most senior management. We've all seen the "good years" at Six Flags, and I'll be honest, they were actually pretty decent. What we are seeing now is a shadow of their former self. Some years are better than others, but it hasn't been "great" in recent years. People complain because all the want is for Six Flags to be "decent" again. They aren't asking for the parks to be Disney or Universal, we just want them to "suck a little bit less" than they have in the past couple of years. I've had some of my worst experiences with Six Flags in 2012 and 2013 and I'm spending upwards of $100,000 with this company! I have every right to be pissed and complain!!! And so do the people who walk in spending $20 or $50. At the end of the day, we spend our money at the places that we feel we get the most value out of. I *like* Six Flags, but I used to like them a lot more. And all I want is to go back to that. I want to be able to like them more than I do right now. And because everything is cyclical, I'm sure we'll eventually see another buy-out, another wave of senior management, and another change for hopefully better in the near future. That's why people complain about Six Flags and I fully agree with it. --Robb I actually agree with both points here. When I go to any Six Flags park I know I am not going to a theme park, I am going to an amusement park. There is a difference in my opinion. This park has an amazing coaster collection and honestly that is what MOST of go to the parks for. Not many people say I can not wait to ride EVERY flat in a park. At least I have never heard that before. Robb is right in my opinion. I like Six Flags, but I also used to like them a lot more. My little Six Flags America has come A LONG way in the past few seasons and I love the changes honestly. I have been a season pass hold for Six Flags for 5+ years now and I have seen many differences over the years at both SFGAdven and SFA. The only thing I would change is drop the super hero thing. I loved the feel of Great Escape because it does not feel generic.

When a whole group does not enter the line the same time. Then half of them try to line jump. I understand little kids needing to use the bathroom but not adults!

The car looks awesome! I can't wait to visit Vegas and give it a shot. -
I am glad you had a good time. I LOVE Pride events. I have been going to Baltimore's since I was in high school. DC's is fun but so many pretentious gays there, I hate that part. Surprisingly Delaware has had some nice Prides in the past. It used to be held right in a park that was on a beach. If things go well and I move to Texas I will get to experience Houston's next summer.

^ I know. Very sad. People need to get over it. Anyway... I can not wait to go to the park for the holiday festivities. I have never went through the drive through lights display, is it worth the extra money? -
What Rides Scares the Crud Out Of You?
alilstronger replied to EuroTre's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
-Anything that drops. However at the same time that is why I love them. I love facing my fears. -Screaming swings -Sky screamers/Windseekers -Coasters like Nitro (SFGAdven) or Apollo's Chariot (BGW). What scares me is there is only a lap bar so if that thing ever came loose mid ride you better hold on for dear life. -Whenever something goes over water and I'm entrapped in a cage/ride harness. I instantly think if this thing goes into the water how am I going to get out. -Tatsu - probably one of the scariest rides I have ever ridden. If it was on normal level ground I do not think it would be as scary but with it on top of the mountain that just heightens my fear factor. Would I ride again - of course. Its my favorite "lay down" coaster. -
What do YOU take with you to a park?
alilstronger replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I always carry a book bag because I really do not like cargo shorts. I do not like my shorts feeling so heavy. 1. Wallet 2. Phone 3. Car keys 4. Pain meds 5. Hand sanitizer 6. Camera sometimes if its a new park. Taking pics/vids with my phone kills the battery too fast -

Where Are You Planning To Go In 2014?
alilstronger replied to azza29's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Right now no TPR trip for me, that makes me sad! However, I do plan on getting to some parks I have never been to. 1. Six Flags Fiesta Texas 2. Six Flags Over Texas 3. Schlitterbahn Galveston 4. Astrodome Will probably be a light year for me. I am supposed to move to Texas in between Austin and Houston. Closest park will be about 2.5-3 hours away. Hopefully that new park being talked about for Houston comes to fruition so I have that down the road. -
Yes, I totally agree! I love that it steps away from that typical love story and focuses on the relationship between the sisters. I actually liked all the drama.
