Awesome trip report!! Six Flags Mexico looks like its really pretty.

I was thinking the same thing.

^I have heard good things about the second Hunger Games. I did give in and saw the first one at the movies and it did not move me at all. I was not sure the point of the movie. I will more than likely give the rest a shot. This one does look better per the commercial but we all know how that goes. Being obsessed with Disney my mom and I went and saw Frozen this weekend. I really liked the movie a lot! It is based on Hans Christian Anderson's The Snow Queen. Kristen Bell and Indina Menzel are great for each of their characters. Also the music is very good in this. I could see if taken directly to stage with the same music. For being a children's movie I liked that more mature story line. The humor is very childish though which made for some very funny laughs.

I wish Six Flags would get the same line skipping system as Cedar Fair. They already use it at The Great Escape, why not migrate it to the rest of the chain.

Roar is my favorite in the park. Most people think its too rough but I do not think so at all. I love the first drop and how it curves to the left. I do not like how as you are coming down the hill you see all that crap Six Flags has laying behind it, I cringe when I see that.

I like coming back and seeing what everyone is getting. My gift will be mailed today!

^ I am glad I am not alone with Superman!! I find it so boring. The best part for me is the 3rd hill because of the pop of air time you get. With the amount of land it sits on it could have been so much more. I wish we could have gotten a version like the one at Six Flags New England.

^ I agree. I barely go to the water park when I go the park. Nothing of real interest there. The amazon slides were awesome years ago when you used tubes on them and flew up on the sides of the slides.

^ I agree. The water park there is so generic. Nothing really stands out from what else is in the area. If I want a good water park I am going to Water Country USA.

^ I agree. The potential for this park is beyond great. I am glad things are finally being done. Water is the draw for this park and they need to capitalize on that. They should add more water rides to the dry side. There are times when their Penguin and chute the chute rides have longer lines then the coasters. I would love to see a new flume added. I miss skull mountain.

^ I agree! That helix is why I love that ride. I agree though, the whole area needs new paint and lots of work. They added that small pond a few years ago and of course the first year it was there it was well kept but this past season it was dirty and had all kinds of trash floating in it. The whole queue line for Tower of Doom needs to be refurbished. It is leaning and falling apart. Also they should switch the entrance and exit queues for Falling Star. The line sometimes goes out into the walking path and there are times where butting and things happen. They should use the queue because it goes back and forth I believe once.

This is the first I am hearing of this park. I am supposed to move to Texas next year. Now I am excited to live near Houston!
