A lot of people feel Taron is the spiritual successor to the old Gebirgsbahn. And some of you may have forgotten, or maybe never knew, but the old Gebirgsbahn also had a smaller coaster to go along with it. The 2001 inferno actually started in this smaller, second coaster. Another teaser: The woman in the video is the park's manager. She says that next season the park will finally open a new coaster and that she's at the construction site where the ride will be built. But just as she's about to spill some details... stuff happens...

Nope. It's identical to the Giovanola. The chassis, the seats, the restraints, the brakes. It even has the exact same "restraint-opening mechanism". Intamin's trains are completely different.
