  1. Serious...My phone didn't exist after it fell 100ft from Tatsu. CLICK HERE FOR VISUAL AID!
  2. Thats what I thought it was, too.
  3. http://maverick.cedarpoint.com/latest/webcam/ The little hill after that ridic-overbank looks airtacular!
  4. hehehe. Seriously, though? Penguins>Hippos. Even more seriously, though? Thats a neat package.
  5. Looks like I'll be packing some Double-Doubles. Screw White Castle.
  6. The heartline looks INTENSE! Can't wait to ride it! And, according to the stats page, the ebaums link has given something like 11,000 views to this thread since last night.
  7. The post launch hill-drop-turnaround is coming along quickly and nicely! http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/fun/webcams/webcam.cfm?chip=2
  8. I thought Collosus fealt smoother backwards...At least from what I remember the one time I rode it backwards.
  9. Nice, the post-launch hill is a lot bigger than I imagined. I like it a lot! The inline twist is gonna be crazy. So fast.
  10. Valleyfair! is a fun park. This will be a great addition to the park but I wasn't really 'wow'ed by it at all. The S-Curve after the first turn-around looks to be the best part to me. This could be one that totally blows you away when you ride it but doesn't actually look like much. I'm hopin' that's the case. (S-Drop does nothin for me. )
  11. You're talking about the day/night of August 2nd, right?
  12. I'm very tempted to follow your ways!
  13. ^Yeah, but I heard it was getting re-tracked for a New Wooden 4D Raft Coaster Prototype. I also heard Aquatrax...somewhere.
  14. Umm, you could just tell them it's urgent.
  15. Yup, it's tradition for an American Flag to be placed at the top of any steel "erection" when it reaches full height.
  16. You know I think I heard that Titan was basically a Goliath clone but with the extra upward helix... If my ride was any indication the upwards helix before the MCBR is much more mean than the helix past the MCBR. I have honestly never felt uncomfortable with sustained G-forces on a coaster before that moment... It really hurt... One of the few times I've gotten off a coaster and not wanted to go again. Yup, thats what Titan was, a Goliath clone. I don't know why they added the helix, maybe to make it seem "better" or something. If you look at this pic of Goliath you can see the track just curves up, the rest of the coaster is the same.
  17. I got tunnel vision once on Goliath's helix. It was half cool/half scary. The pull-out of Tatsu's Pretzel is crazy, too. B:TR is always intense.
  18. Regardless if it went down like that or not, the ride should be a blast! (And it reminds me of RCT, too!) Now that I think of it...Knotts is getting the lower-capacity Aquatrax. Watch.
  19. It definitely seems like it coulda went something like this: Regardless if it went down like that or not, the ride should be a blast! (And it reminds me of RCT, too!)
  20. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that you need written permission for that. Gosh, just read teh thr3ad5.
  21. LOL, maybe. On a side note, I was surprised by the number of suits I saw out in the park on Labor Day. They were around all day.
  22. I know, dude. I was just playing around with it, like I said. And asking what they recommended. And I have no doubt that I'll make it on the trip anyways.
  23. Looks kick-ass to me! http://rcdb.com/installationresult.htm?column=1,2,3,26,4,5&order=1,2&category=109 Two of the Rock n Rollercoasters are LSMs. I don't think the new system on this ride should cause too much trouble. Why the hell would they choose LSMs if it was gonna cause problems again like S:TE?
  24. What website do you guys recommend as far as booking airline tickets and at what time? I was just foolin' around with some. You can only book up to August 2nd, '07 as of right now.
